Yano Katsuhiko, a weather forecaster who is divorced and is introduced by his friend, Taguchi to popular radio DJ Yukawa Sachi aka "Love Specialist". Yano recalled seeing pictures of her before but the person he actually saw is Sachi's friend, Yujin.

Huang Cai Wei was engaged to Bai Qian Feng when he went missing on a business trip and presumed dead. She was then forced to marry his brother Bai Qian Sheng. His obvious favoritism of her incited jealousy in his other wives, especially his primary wife Ma Fu Fang. Huang managed to outmaneuver many of the women's ploy using her wits. She works with Dong Ki Joon. He is Sa Ra’s business partner and an advisory lawyer at Solution. Before coming to Solution, he was an excellent prosecutor who had the nickname of "German Shepherd." He picked up the nickname because of his persistence and keen intuition, but Ki Joon left the prosecutors' office for an unknown reason. Sa Ra and Ki Joon work together for people who are suffering through difficult divorces.

This drama is set in the late 1960s decade of Japan. The main rivalry depicted in the story is between Manpyo Daisuke (Kitaoji Kinya), a powerful banker, and his eldest son, Manpyo Teppei (Kimura Takuya), the executive managing director of a steel firm. For some reasons, Daisuke seem to dislike his own son and as Teppei seems to find out the reason for Daisuke's hatred, his whole life is turned upside down with fatal consequences.

Stage play actor KAN SIU NAM (Adam Cheng) went through a huge personality change after his daughter went missing for several years and ends up divorcing his wife MOK LAI HING (Rebecca Chan). Since then, SIU NAM concentrated entirely on his theater acting job. Due to his role as a murderer in one of the plays, he was drawn into a strange serial killer case and accidentally meets his colleague LEE CHOR KIU's (Maggie Siu) boyfriend JEUNG SAI YIN (Moses Chan) and his sister JEUNG SAI TING (Aimee Chan). During their interactions, SIU NAM noticed YIN was very similar to the serial killer suspect and had an abnormal feeling towards TING. The relationship of the four individuals seem controversial. When SIU NAM wanted to clarify the truth to the serial killer case, he realizes he's getting further and further away from the truth. His sense of conceivability gets even more shuddering and disappointing.

Around the time the atmosphere in the world is filled with cheer in preparation for Christmas, there are people completely detached from the gaiety with which Christmas Eve is eagerly anticipated. He asks with Shuko to go with him to the Yokohama osteopathic clinic where his father works, but encounters debt-collecting gangsters over there. These gangsters are kindhearted small-timers who have descended into the underworld business although not by choice. The three groups seek love, get betrayed and have troubles. Even so, they struggle hard in their attempt to take a step out. Will the former couple be able to convey the love they have for each other? Can the boy prevent the divorce of his parents and protect his family? Will the small-time gangsters be able to hold on to love and tread the respectable path? These three groups somehow get entangled in this story with laughter and tears. Will Christmas miracles happen?

Tanaka Masatoshi (Eita) is having troubles getting into medical school, something he blames on all the time he spent on synchro two years earlier. While on a research trip to a remote southern island of Japan, he is forced into coaching a newly formed three member boys synchro team. Tanaka has to come to terms with his past and begins questioning his future, while the three boy synchro team dream of life off of the island.
