Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it, there are 3 types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. For episodes, 1–4, the program format is only 3 rounds of song dictation. From episode 5, the program format changed to 2 rounds of song dictation, with a Snack Time in between the dictation segments.

The show accompanies six guys who step up to protect the ocean. Led by Korea’s best swimmer, ‘The Marine Boy’ Park Tae-hwan and five celebrities volunteers to preserve the marine ecosystem. The flew to the Philippines and dove into the ocean, seeing the beautiful nature themselves. They also monitor how vulnerable the marine ecosystem can be to pollution. On a remote tropical island, “The Ocean Protectors” participate in the environment preservation project. The sun is burning, the ocean is constantly changing, and some unpredictable incidents keep happening. Can the six guys complete their mission? Let’s follow their journey with blood, sweat, and salty tears.

King of Mask Singer is a South Korean singing competition program starting Celebrities. Each competition lasts for two episodes, with the singers competing one-on-one in three elimination rounds. They are given elaborate masks to wear in order to conceal their identity, thus removing factors such as popularity, career and age that could lead to prejudiced voting. In the first round, both contestants sing the same song, while in the second and third round they each sing a solo song. The winners of each pair are selected by the audience and panel of celebrities through instant live votes.

The identities of the singers are not revealed until they have been eliminated. The winner of the third round challenges the previous competition's Mask King, and is either eliminated or becomes the new Mask King.

They develop recipes for Christmas dessert, make them, and sell the dishes to the customers by themselves. Celebrity chefs and patissiers will be the amateur patissiers' mentors, giving them candid reviews and helpful advice for the recipes.
