Yano Katsuhiko, a weather forecaster who is divorced and is introduced by his friend, Taguchi to popular radio DJ Yukawa Sachi aka "Love Specialist". Yano recalled seeing pictures of her before but the person he actually saw is Sachi's friend, Yujin.

Huang Cai Wei was engaged to Bai Qian Feng when he went missing on a business trip and presumed dead. She was then forced to marry his brother Bai Qian Sheng. His obvious favoritism of her incited jealousy in his other wives, especially his primary wife Ma Fu Fang. Huang managed to outmaneuver many of the women's ploy using her wits. She works with Dong Ki Joon. He is Sa Ra’s business partner and an advisory lawyer at Solution. Before coming to Solution, he was an excellent prosecutor who had the nickname of "German Shepherd." He picked up the nickname because of his persistence and keen intuition, but Ki Joon left the prosecutors' office for an unknown reason. Sa Ra and Ki Joon work together for people who are suffering through difficult divorces.

Liu Mei Li (Jiang Meng Jie) is a naive and ambitious girl who has a dream. Her dream is to become an internationally renowned designer and the first step she takes is going on China's "Dream" fashion show. Although things did not turn out well, she called attention to another pressing matter- that is her desire to find her long lost sister. Refusing to give up her dream of becoming a designer, she tries to find a job and meets the company's general manager, Zhou Xuan (Yao Yuan Hao). Both of them are tangled in a complicated love-hate relationship. Xie Jing Hua (Liu Yi Han) is Mei Li's best childhood friend but she works in the opposing company, Tian Yi. Jing Hua has unrequited love for the company president's son, Ye Guang Yi (Chi Shuai). However, he is in love with a mysterious woman named Xue Li, who seems to be connected to Zhou Xuan. Mei Li gets trapped within the battles going on between her work life and her social life. Despite all the trouble brewing up, Mei Li maintains an optimistic view, holds onto her dreams, and extends this warmth to the people around her, like a diamond shining in the dark.

Meet Kita Yoshio, a very unlucky man who has chosen his close friend's death anniversary as his suicide date, which is 11 days away. The number 11 has been quite significant throughout his life: he was born on November 11th; his roll call number at school was #11; and 11 years ago, he and his wife, Mizuho, went through a divorce. Debt-laden and feeling unneeded to the world, he sells off all his belongings and plans for his death date. However, on the 1st day, he meets Yashiro Heita as well as numerous other characters who will cause him to experience the most eventful 11 days of his life.

Though she has a boyfriend, she spends the majority of her time working and appears to feel ambivalent about the relationship at best. Much of the story is told through Minami's thoughts, which are full of self-doubt.
