Yano Katsuhiko, a weather forecaster who is divorced and is introduced by his friend, Taguchi to popular radio DJ Yukawa Sachi aka "Love Specialist". Yano recalled seeing pictures of her before but the person he actually saw is Sachi's friend, Yujin.

Huang Cai Wei was engaged to Bai Qian Feng when he went missing on a business trip and presumed dead. She was then forced to marry his brother Bai Qian Sheng. His obvious favoritism of her incited jealousy in his other wives, especially his primary wife Ma Fu Fang. Huang managed to outmaneuver many of the women's ploy using her wits. She is now the team leader at the divorce settlement office Solution. She punishes bad spouses and provides help for those who find themselves in unfair divorce situations.

She works with Dong Ki Joon. He is Sa Ra’s business partner and an advisory lawyer at Solution. Before coming to Solution, he was an excellent prosecutor who had the nickname of "German Shepherd." He picked up the nickname because of his persistence and keen intuition, but Ki Joon left the prosecutors' office for an unknown reason. Sa Ra and Ki Joon work together for people who are suffering through difficult divorces.

Young Hero Fang Shiyu is a 1999 Hong Kong television series based on the story of Chinese folk hero Fang Shiyu. It starred Dicky Cheung as the titular protagonist. In the beginning, Fang Shiyu was a troublemaker in Guangzhou, constantly fighting. His mother, Miao Cuihua, helps him in clearing him of his troubles when he is confronted by his father Fang De. Fang De is harsh and gives punishments, however Fang Shiyu works with his mother on ways to get them out of trouble. After many instances, Fang De decided to have a tutor school him. One of Fang Shiyu's adversaries decided to play a trick on him. They stole Hong Xiguan's money and made it seem that Fang Shiyu stole the bag. Hong Xiguan believed that Fang Shiyu was the thief and fought him in public. After more violence, Fang De decides to send his son to Hangzhou so that Fang Shiyu could be schooled.

Tokino Mitani runs a watch shop, located on a street far from the downtown area. She is 20-years-old and inherited the watch shop from her grandfather. Unknown to most, she is also an excellent private detective and offers an alibi cracking service. She can crack someone's false alibi by using logic based on time and a watch. She gets payed 5,000 yen for that service.

Yoshiyuki Saji used to be an elite police officer, but he tried to uncover corruption within the police department. This caused Yoshiyuki Saji to receive a demotion to a police station in a rural city. He moves alone there, leaving behind his wife and child. He lives at a boarding house, where Tokino Mitani lives. Yoshiyuki Saji does not get along with the other detectives there. He struggles to solve a case and he hears about Tokino Mitani's ability as an alibi cracker. He doesn't want to ask for her help, because of his pride as a police officer, but he requests her help on a case.

Continuation of 'At the Threshold of an Era'. The drama documents the rise and fall of three entrepreneurs, who founded Lik Tien Century Construction (力天世紀) together to achieve the ultimate goal of developing a pollution-free city in Hong Kong. Vendetta and love serves as strong subplots throughout the series, with the vendetta between two families being the most prominent.

Armaan and Saadi are inseparable best friends who love each other to death like brothers. Aiman comes from America and Armaan falls in love with her. However Saadi begins to like Aiman as well and Aiman begins to like Saadi as well, causing Armaan to corner his feelings for her and this causes him to dislike his own mother who has been against Aiman and has been very cunning, which was coming in front of his eyes finally. Armaan is mentally deranged after this, because Aiman blames him out of anger and Armaan tries to kill himself. Armaan decides he should be there for Aiman because she has nobody now. He begins to take care of Aiman and her child, and begin their fight for justice for Saadi's death with the corrupt politicians. The last episode begins when Aiman is missing from the house and everyone is worried and panicking about her whereabouts.
