After suffering from serial paranormal events, a wealthy family living in LA summons a young rising shaman duo Hwa Rim and Bong Gil to save the newborn of the family. Once they arrive, Hwa Rim senses a dark shadow of their ancestor has latched on the family in a so-called 'Grave Calling'.

In order to exhume the grave and relieve the ancestor, Hwa Rim seeks help from top-notch geomancer Sang Deok and mortician Yeong Geun. To their dismay, the four find the grave at a shady location in a remote village in Korea. Unaware of the consequences, the exhumation is carried out, unleashing a malevolent force buried underneath.

A baby box is a small space, where parents can leave behind their babies anonymously. Sang Hyun finds new parents for a baby left in a baby box and makes a special deal with them. He calls himself a broker of good will. Sang Hyun works with Dong Soo in this endeavor. They get involved with So Young, who placed her baby in the baby box, but has now come back for her baby. Meanwhile, Detective Soo Jin and Detective Lee chase after Sang Hyun and Dong Soo.

Yuji has a fear of water and is unable to swim. One day, circumstances lead Yuji to attend a swimming class taught by Shizuka. Yuji takes lessons at Shizuka's swimming class. Shizuka cheers Yuji to learn swimming, but it's not easy for him to overcome his fear of water.

Fukazawa Kaoru is a manga artist who had just finished an 8 year run for his manga Sayonara Summer. He has no ideas for his next manga, he thinks his editor is giving up on him, and his relationship with his wife Machida Nozomi has hit several bumps. In his depression Kaoru visits a brothel and meets prostitute Chifuyu. He instantly becomes attracted to Chifuyu for her cat-like eyes. After spending time together and building a relationship they decide to head to Chifuyu’s hometown together.
