Hoshikamo yearned to become a private detective and he now works as a private detective. He is not good at communicating with women. Hoshikamo once worked at a big private detective agency, but he now he runs his own private detective office. His office is situated within his grandmother's recycle shop. Hoshikamo solves various cases with his assistant Tsugumi Karato. He first met Tsugumi Karato when she was his client. She hired him to help her with a stalker.

Mitsuhiko Amano is full of regrets. A 46 year old salaryman who had just been laid off, he was told that his wife wanted a divorce, something that he might have been wanting for years. So he visits a soapland, a place he hasn't been since he started dating his wife 22 years ago. While there, a fire suddenly erupts, trapping Amano and a soapland girl in the bath. In a rare moment of bravery and decisiveness, Amano attempts to lead the girl to safety, only to slip and hit his head. As his consciousness fades, he sees the back of the soapland girl making her escape... A fresh set of regret blankets him as he passes out, he returns to his 16-year-old body while remaining 46 years old. The time is 1986. He is summoned back to Japan by Musubi Yoriko and is tasked with teaching her newphew Murata Hikaru to stand on his own two feet. She tries to be efficient as possible and productive during her normal working hours. After she leaves her office, Higashiyama Yui normally drinks beer at her regular Chinese restaurant. Her peaceful days begin to change after a new department head arrives at work.

Junko Harumi was once a model student during her middle school and high school days. She failed to enter the prestigious Tokyo University and her life has not gone smoothly since then. She had a hard time finding a job and having a romantic relationship. Now, at the age of 31, she works as a teacher at a private institute. 3 men, who vary in type, appear in front of her. Masashi Yakumo is her smart cousin that went to Tokyo University, Kyohei Yuri is a disorderly high school student and Kazuma Yamashita is Kyohei ’s teacher in high school.

When a new disease called the Bugster Virus or "Game disease" begins infecting people across japan, the ministry of health works with GEMM Corp., a major video game company, to create the Cyber Rescue Center or "CR" and recruit a group of Doctor Riders including Emu Hojo AKA Kamen Rider Ex-aid, a medical intern with incredible gaming skills, and Hiiro Kagami AKA Kamen Rider Brave, a young genius surgeon who has never had a failed operation. Together with the help of Poppy Pipopapo, a Bugster reprogrammed to help them, they set out to cure the japan of the Bugster Virus. But they soon find that they aren't the only Doctor Riders out there and that the CEO of GEMM Corp. has his own motives in all this that could threaten their mission.

Yonekura Ryoko plays a 35 year old woman who mysteriously goes back to high school as a student.

Teacher Akira Kamiyama tried to stop a bullying case and the bullying became his own trauma. Since then, Akira has decided to not get involved if its not absolutely necessary. He then begins teaching at a middle school and moves into a new apartment. Akira then discovers that his apartment also houses a ghost named Akane, who was a teacher before she died. Akira Kamiyama and Akane then solve problems which the middle school students have.

Esumi's character Tamami is the "bull doctor" of the show's title, which comes from the word "bulldozer." Ignoring any opposition from the people around her, she uses any means necessary to determine the truth behind the deaths of the bodies she examines. Because of her personality, she is constantly at odds with both Ishihara and Inagaki's characters.
