Twenty years ago, two pediatric interns had a falling out due to a surgical operation. As time passed, Kuang Cong Xin has become a pediatric surgeon at the highly prestigious Annie Hospital while Xu Gan Feng who believes in protecting life above all else works at a second-rate hospital. They meet again because of a liver transplant.

Cong Xin schemes to get Gan Feng to join him at Annie Hospital. He also finds his former colleague, cardiothoracic surgeon Zhang Yi Xin. Mai Hai Qi who heads the surgery department aims to create the perfect team to pave the way for the construction of Hong Kong's first pediatric center. Helping young patients face life and death situations time and again enables Cong Xin and Gan Feng to overcome the bad blood between them. At this time, specialist Wen Bo Xi and intern Lian Zhuo Ying discover that a major medical error was committed during the operation twenty years ago. Everyone decides to uncover the truth.

Award-winning novice director Chan Chi-yeung (Pierre Ngo) insists on his own way, causing showbiz people to distance themselves from him and the artistic director of the film crew. Fast-forward ten years and Chi-yeung, producer Herman (Lawrence Cheng), screenwriter Lee Sa-sa (Angel Chiang), martial arts choreographer Master Man (Lam Wai), production designer Shell (Kirby Lam), actress Lau Ka-ling (Sammi Cheung) and assistant director Choi Tsz-lok (Enson Lau) meet up again as they want to launch a project with the objective of making their best movie. Their dream is shattered when the investor accidentally dies. They even have to settle a big restaurant bill. To let themselves off the hook, the septet showcase a seemingly believable scam. Chi-yeung then brings the chums together to establish “Fraudstars”. Until one day, a real crime syndicate show up to force them to have the only option of engaging in a scam.

It follows secretary Amelia Wong (Ali), who restarts her life after ending a long relationship. She returns to work, meets new people, and develops a relationship with her boss Matt (Moses). Much like many of the people in her life, Amelia takes initiative to search for a journey—a journey of love, of finding oneself, and of finding one’s dreams.
