Mayumi (Mitsumune Kaoru), who works for a publishing company, happens to meet a mysterious man who calls himself Shindo (Nakamura Tomoya). Told by a fortune teller that she will have a “destined meeting”, she pays attention to this. But what awaits her is ironically an encounter with Ushijima Kaoru (Yamada Takayuki), the boss of Cowcow Finance, is known as a legendary black market lender. Cowcow Finance lends money at an illegally high interest rate of 5% every 10 days and relentlessly corners bad debtors.

Long ago, in the age of the dinosaurs, Earth was invaded by forces from outer space. The only people capable of stopping them were a group of warriors known as the the Kyouryuger. They return to the present time using the powers of the Beast Batteries to fight off this revived threat.

Manami is the leader of her high school’s broadcasting club. While considering which a club member should read during the upcoming pre-graduation campus festival, Manami sees a girl named Chiyuki by the pool and subsequently becomes completely preoccupied with her, secretly peeping on her whenever possible. One day, Manami is taken by surprise when Chiyuki suddenly joins the broadcasting club, leading to a surge of strange new feelings.
