Han Yeo Reum is a 37-year-old radio scriptwriter. She once thought she was beautiful and charming, but now she feels shabby even in a bright-colored dress. She’s just an old and lonely woman who longs to be loved. She always wants to be loved, but no one loves her.

She had dated several men in the past. There was Hyun Jin in high school, whom she had puppy love with, Ji Woon in university, whom she fought with all the time, Je Hoon, the divorcee at work that didn’t really develop into a relationship, and Hae Joon, the man she loved the most but hurt because of her selfishness.

One day, Hae Joon is invited on a radio show as a guest and at the same time, a weird vibe hand in the air between Yeo Reum and Je Hoon. However, when circumstances seem to be changing, the men hear of Yeo Reum’s death during her vacation in the US. Those who are left each remember their rosy and painful memories with Yeo Reum.

The Moorim School isn’t focused solely on high academic scores. The school teaches its students virtues including honesty, faith, sacrifice and communication. The teachers and students at the school come from different countries and each have their own stories.

Yoon Shi Woo (Lee Hyun Woo) is a troublemaker idol star who suffers a setback and finds himself shoved into this strange school to straighten out. Wang Chi Ang (Hong Bin) will be the roommate he strikes up a friendship with. He’s a rich kid with a carefree personality who was let in because of his powerful parents.

Meanwhile, Sim Soon Duk (Seo Ye Ji) is a hardworking student who supports her blind father and has to attend Moorim in secret. Hwang Sun Ah (Jung Yoo Jin) is the daughter of the school’s president and Murim’s ace student.

In June 2002, while South Korea is caught in football frenzy as the national team plays against Turkey for third place in the 2002 FIFA World Cup, the North Korean navy deploys two of their patrol boats towards theNorthern Limit Line, a disputed maritime border near Yeonpyeong Island in the Yellow Sea. Seungri High School ranks as one of the worst of the 178 high schools in Seoul based on academic scores. Seungri High School is now busy preparing presentations for its new students. Class 2 is at the bottom of grade 2 at Seungri High. Nam-Soon (Lee Jong-Suk) is elected class president for grade 2, thanks to the support of Jung-Ho (Kwak Jung-Wook), who is a member of the school gang.

Se-Chan (Daniel Choi) is the top Korean language teacher at a famous institute in Gangnam. In order to improve the student's scores at Seungri High School, the school hires Se-Chan. When Se-Chan appears at the school's opening presentation, Nam-Soon becomes embarrassed.
