In the movie, Kairi, Touma, and Umika are abducted by Minato Hoshi from a parallel universe. The international police who just happened to be at the scene encountered an interference in the investigation when Lucky arrived. The only thing left behind at the scene of the crime was Minato’s guitar. Lucky was then arrested and tried to convince the Patrangers to no avail that he’s a savior, a member of the Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger, and that the Earth is in danger. While Keiichiro, Sakuya, Tsukasa, and Noel were reaching a trade agreement to save the Lupinrangers, a triple status Gangler named Rirus Lippig appeared. While the thieves were saved, Minato’s guitar was taken instead by Rirus.

Behind the scenes of it all is the Space Shogunate Jark Matter’s Don Armage, who sought to take hold of Jark Matter’s Hidden Treasure, concealed within the guitar. To do so, he joined forces with Rirus.

When Saki (Rie Kitahara) was a high school student, she often went to Toshimaen Amusement Park with her friends. Now, Saki is a university student. She decides to visit Toshimaen Amusement Park again with her high school friends. There is a rumor called the Toshimaen's Curse. The rumor is about an old house at the amusement park. Saki believes the rumor is a joke and she enters the old house with her friends. Her friends begin to disappear one by one. Saki tries to find her friends and comes upon a terrible secret that created the curse.

Rekihiko Tokiya is an excellent detective in Kyoto. While chasing a suspect, Rekihiko Tokiya falls into a water storage pool at an abandoned factory. He wakes up in a hospital room, stunned that he cannot remember anything from the last 20 years. Although he is 51 years old, he cannot recall anything past the age of 31 when he first started working as a detective. He is a divorcee, but he does not remember his ex-wife. His personality also changes, once confident but now meek and timid. His sense of justice is still strong. Rekihiko Tokiya resumes work as a detective, but he deals with cases differently than in the past.
