Brothers Pak Wai and Chin Fan have totally different personalities. Pak Wai is a positive, diligent leader of an ice hockey team. Even when facing strong opponents Tin Shing, he believes that passion and hard work can lead them to victory. Chin Fan hates his elder brother’s eagerness and feels that he can never be as skillful as him. When Pak Wai dies in an accident, Chin Fan and Pak Wai’s girlfriend Yu are dispirited. They share memories of Pak Wai to keep each other going. Meanwhile, Team Sparks, once led by Pak Wai, falls apart. While selling Pak Wai’s ice hockey equipment, Chin Fan meets Bean, an optimistic girl who inspires him to regroup Team Sparks. He restores the ice-skating rink and resumes the business. When the team meets their old rival Tin Shing and his team Storm, they feel powerless. However, they also realize that passion brings about a determination to achieve their goal. They vow to defeat their rivals and head towards the professional championship.

This is a story of rivalry and friendship between two young swimmers; a tale of natural talent versus hard work. Talented swimmer Chung is a transfer student. In his new class, 4C, he meets a swim relay team led by Wing. Despite being proficient in all four styles, Wing is frustrated at his team’s losing streak to Class 4A. At his first swimming gala, Chung plans to show off his skills. Unfortunately, he shows his imperfect starting dives and lack of stamina instead. The mistake he makes in his starting dive even causes his team to lose. After the defeat, he decides to quit the relay match. However, after observing Chung’s freestyle performance, Wing starts teaching him techniques in starting dives and racing. Wing aims to beat Class 4A with the same team members, including Chung.

Under the same roof are three couples and four romances. Every meal in this family with three brothers is like a hilarious disaster.

Eldest brother (Dayo Wong) is still not over his ex-girlfriend Monica (Stephy Tang). Alas, she is now his second brother's (Louis Cheung) girlfriend. A mother rushes her baby to a clinic in Guangzhou, only to be told the child’s future is grim. The child is diagnosed with Hemolytic jaundice, and the doctor says the resulting cerebral palsy means the kid will never walk or feed himself. The mother presses for treatment regardless, and so begins her journey in raising not just a son but a future sporting star.
