Chi-yeung then brings the chums together to establish “Fraudstars”. Until one day, a real crime syndicate show up to force them to have the only option of engaging in a scam.

It tells a story about understanding the meaning of life through long-distance running as it follows several athletes that are part of a running club.

Online media editor Ho Ka Yan is ordered to approach the athletics club to find some dirt on them. It's there that she becomes acquainted with running coach Yuen Lik. The psychiatrist Lin Chi Sum and the nurse Li Ying Chun are both good friends of Yan. Sum is keen on helping people. He has cured a patient suffering from a binge eating disorder Suen Ka Pik. They have overcome a lot of difficulties and become a couple. Yan is a divorced single father with a daughter.

After the failed marriage, he did not long for love affairs until he chanced upon an Inspector of the Serious Crime Unit, Mok Man Yee. They have gradually developed their relationship through a business contact. However, in order to avoid the recurrence of genetic and mental diseases, Yee detaches her feeling from Yan.

After the death of her husband, Chu Pik Ha returns to her maiden home with her son, in a deliberate attempt to take over the family jewelry business from her elder sister Chu Pik Wan.
