This is a Blu-Ray exclusive miniseries for Kamen Rider Saber.

Part 1 takes place at different points in time: The opening scene takes place 17 years prior to the series. The first half of the episode takes place approximately 15 years prior to the series at the height of the war of Wonder World, with more focus on the perspectives of Daichi Kamijo and Hayato Fukamiya. The second half comprises scenes up to the events of Episode 16 from the perspectives of Daichi, Master Logos, and Reika Shindai.

Kanami, an office worker, and a cram school teacher were planning to go on a trip to Taiwan together, but due to influenza at their workplace, there were not enough teachers and the trip was cancelled. Kanami travels to Taiwan alone. Then she meets Woo Shun in a taxi. After that, when her passport was stolen, she meet Woo Shun again and stays at his guest house..

Architect Ayukawa Itsuki is paralyzed from waist down. Although he was the ace of the basketball team back in high school, he injured his spinal cord in an accident while in the third year in university. After that, he decided that he would not play basketball or fall in love ever again because he is wheelchair-bound. Itsuki was Kawana Tsugumi’s classmate and her first love. Tsugumi liked drawing and her ambition was to get into art college. But she lacked confidence and gave up on the exam. Even though she got into an interior design firm, it is a clerical position. Itsuki and Tsugumi happen to meet again at a work-related drinking session. The two of them are attracted to each other. However, they face problems including disapproving parents, the appearance of a love rival and illness as they search for the meaning of happiness

Saito Hiroshi is a kind-hearted young man who grew up in a loving family. He is to start working in a long-established insurance company. Waiting for him on the first day is the strict HR employee Tsubaki Mako. The new employees start their 2 weeks training and the first thing Mako imposed on newcomers on the first day is to write "retirement wish". Mako declares that 50 new recruits will be narrowed down to 10 people on spot while training.

High school students Tobio, Maru, Isami, and 20-year-old Paisen, who graduated from high school a long time ago are contented with their lives. One day their ordinary routine completely changes. Tobio and the rest plant a home-made bomb at the school next door in revenge for Maru’s vicious beating at the hands of delinquents. However, the bomb which was only intended to shock the delinquents, ends up causing a huge explosion that claims many victims including friends and seniors. This triggers the start of their life on the run.

Interior designer Mako is unable to forget her first love from childhood, who helped her when she was bullied back in elementary school days. One day, a letter arrives from someone named Kosuke—the same name as the boy Mako can't forget. It says, "Do you remember me? Please contact me, because I want to see you after all this time." It's been 22 years since she last saw her friend, but Mako is excited to see him again. But the "Kosuke" who shows up to meet her is far from the man she imagined.

Mia Kurihara (Emi Takei) works in the public relations department of a company. She falls in love with Kairi Miyoshi (Hideaki Takizawa). He is the vice president of the company, but he is also married.

Segawa Kiichi or otherwise known as "Keebou" has recently moved back to his hometown due to a business transfer after years of life in Tokyo. Kiichi is a mediocre salesman for a medical-equipment manufacturer.

One day, when he goes drinking at a hostess pub with one of his colleagues, he is confronted with a former gang member turned yakuza leader, Tagawa. Kiichi used to be a leader of a small gang called "Who Are You" back in his youth himself and the two are familiar faces. Tagawa tells his group that Kiichi let his own team get beaten up ten years ago and that he is the most cowardly living man of the century. Tagawa and his yakuza group have captured a 10-year-old girl for some reason, and although he does not want to get involved at first, Kiichi ends up helping the little girl escape from them. Soon, he pays the price for it. When members of Kiichi's old gang, "Who Are You" learn of their leader's return and the adverse circumstance he is in, they round up to take on the yakuza to save him despite their resentment for their leader's betrayal a decade ago.

Tahara Mika is an ordinary high school girl. One day, out of the blue, one of her classmates kisses her. His name is Sakurai Hiroki also known as Hiro. Hiro stands out because of his bleached hair and piercing. Apparently he is also dating someone. Mika is shocked and hurt that her first kiss had to happen this way. She desperately tries to forget about it. Then, her friend tells her that she should find somebody else and suggests Tatsuya, another boy in their class. The beautiful mystery buff Umizuki Chinami and career elite has been assigned to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s First Investigative Division as a rookie detective. However, on her first day of work, she is told that she is not in their future plans. Chinami ends up partnered with the handsome detective Shitara Kyosuke who has a black belt in karate. The First Investigative Division’s ace, Kyosuke had a promising future until he winds up having the blundering Chinami as his partner. One day, Taichi, an ordinary university student meets Mioka, a girl who is like a storm. Taichi finds himself drawn to Mioka, who lives freely as she wishes without holding back, and they eventually fall in love. However, Mioka tells Taichi of her shocking truth. She has an incurable brain disease, with no medicine or treatment that can help her.
