Unfortunately Yumei betrays Hailing and makes a false witness statement, and Duogui is set free. Hailing finds herself pregnant, and leaves her hometown in shame. In her darkest days, she meets Li Baoquan, and starts to hope for a happy future...

Yuuji is still a first-grade student, he is having a very hard time understanding what has happened to his mother and the fact that she won't be coming back.

At the very beginning of the first episode, the voice of the late mother (played by Mimura) is reading from a picture book that she wrote for Yuuji before she died. It is about a mother who dies, but promises to return when the rainy season comes. Yuuji believes in this story and thinks that his mother will come back when the rainy season comes. And surprisingly... she actually does.

When it begins raining on a June morning, Yuuji runs out into the forest to the special place where he used to play with his mother. His father, Takumi (played by Narimiya Hiroki) chases after him to get him to go to school. When they arrive at the old ruined building where they used to play, Yuuji's mother, Mio is waiting there completely alive and healthy, but she has no memory of them or anything that occurred during her life.

15 years have passed since Haibara Tatsuyuki (Nakai Masahiro) started working for the finance company, Teikoku Financing. The company president, Kaneko Takatoshi, passed away five years earlier and now Takayama Kazuo (Watabiki Katsuhiko) is in charge of Teikoku Financing. Haibara goes around with his senior, Kuwata Sumio (Kobayashi Kaoru), to collect debts every day. The law regarding debt collection has changed and the regulations for moneylenders have been strengthened. Many finance companies have gone bankrupt or ceased business. During this period, Teikoku Finance practically buys unsettled debts. One day, Kuwata and Haibara visit Magonote Construction’s president, Magonote Kenzo (Saito Yosuke), one of the debts bought over, in order to collect his debt. Not only the promissory note but also land mortgage which has been pledged as collateral are Teikoku Financing’s. Magonote and his daughter, Yoko (Renbutsu Misako), insist that the land cannot be handed over when pressed by the two to immediately pay back the debt by selling the land. That land is a place with memories of Magonote’s late wife and Yoko’s mother. Despite a promise to settle the debt one week later, father and daughter have no means to do so. Dotsubo Financing’s advertisement catches the attention of Yoko, and she knocks on its door. Led by company president Dotsubo Kyoichi (Yusuke Santamaria), Dotsubo Financing inspires Yoko with something backhand in order to settle the debt. Dotsubo Financing’s ploy checks Teikoku Financing’s in its course, but in the end, Yoko is pushed further to the edge. Unable to forsake Yoko who has no way out, Haibara does not even listen to the voices of those around him who tell him to stop, and works on repaying her debt.

Mashiba Kurumi works as a publicist for "el Arco Iris", an interior design company that is becoming popular with young people on social media. Kurumi is so busy with work that she forgets to renew her lease on her apartment. Her friend Koko helps her find a new place... but it's a share house with 3 strangers! There's Fujino Shun, a minimalist chef who just wants to live a simple life. Then there's Terai Haruto, Shun's cousin who works as an online counselor to help people with their problems. Finally, there's Hase Ayaka, an aspiring artist who makes contemporary art while working part-time as a delivery driver at a high-end supermarket. And so these people of different ages, occupations, and values come together under one roof. I understand that it may not be representative of the Korean woman ! They are always with a glass of wine or alcohol in the hand, that may be not representative too. But in the end I liked his sense of humor. There are little jokes every where. The characters became touching as they are sincere and true. There is a little criticize of the Korean culture, a touch of gravity. I didn't like the way he moves the camera : too unstable. But some photo are beautiful and the country surrounding Seoul is beautiful too

Tsuda Umeko was born in December 31, 1864 and became a pioneer in women's eductation.

In 1871, Tsuda Umeko, with her father's recommendation, went to the United States to study at the age of 6. She was the youngest of the group of females to travel there. They were the first Japanese female students to study overseas at their government's expense.

11 years after studying in the United States, Tsuda Umeko returns to Japan. She wants to become a woman who is helpful to her culture, but she is shocked by the low status of women in Japan.

Kensuke Okouchi (Tori Matsuzaka) is blind, but with his desire to help the weak he has become a lawyer. Now, he works at a law office with the help of his assistant Michiyo (Keiko Toda). He also has a wife Natsumi (Nao Minamisawa) who is pregnant.

One day, Kensuke receives a client, Satomi (Mari Hoshino), seeking a divorce. She wishes to end her marriage to Kazuya (Hidekazu Mashima) due to domestic violence.

Mochizuki Seitaro was full of enthusiasm as a pyrotechnist, but 1 year later (after the season one finale), his enthusiasm for his work has gone away. He hardly goes out, and he lives like a recluse. His fireworks store, which has been passed down for generations in his family, is still open but in danger of going out of business. Meanwhile, Mizumori Hikari works part-time as a pyrotechnist at a different fireworks store. In the midst of all this, for the first time in a while - a quarrel breaks out between Wataru and Seitaro. Then, a mysterious woman, Fumiko Noguchi, suddenly visits the shop and not only asks to become Seitaro's apprentice but also suddenly proposes to him. Seitaro, Hikari, Fumika, and Wataru will live under one roof.

For Mamoru Nekoyashiki, a doujinshi artist, the only thing that satisfies his need for approval is to sell his original BL manga at the popular Kabesa section (a section for popular doujinshi circles on the wall side of the venue) and be recognized by readers at the event. But then one day, something happens to him!

He meets Kazama Issei, a childhood friend he once had a crush on who is now a popular up-and-coming idol. Their lives in distant worlds should never have crossed paths, but you can't take your eyes off this story of two young men growing up in each other's presence!
