Kimichika Kazama is an instructor at the police academy. He teaches a new class of students having conflicts and holding secrets.

Toto Bank President Ichihara is in a hotel suite romancing his secretary Nana when he suddenly loses consciousness. Four women arrive to perform CPR, but their efforts to save him are in vain. They calmly rid the room of evidence, then ensure the deletion of all records pertaining to the president’s stay. Previously, the president had stipulated that should he die suddenly, his death must be be made to appear as if he had died at home. A housewife named Rika Umezawa gets a part-time job at a bank in which she’s responsible for traveling to customers’ homes and collecting their deposits. In spite of receiving positive evaluations from her boss and customers alike for her courteousness and work ethic, she begins to feel a void in her life. Her husband seems to be losing interest in her and the two of them have been gradually drifting apart.

Soon, she engages in an affair with a university student named Kota and begins embezzling money from the bank customers’ deposits she’s responsible for collecting. As she spends more time with Kota and away from her husband, her theft escalates rapidly in order to fund her trysts as well as her newfound addiction to shopping.

She is not interested in fashion or other things that girls usually care about. She doesn't fall in love with someone because she thinks love is tiresome. But she actually still loves her ex-boyfriend who is her colleague in the same company.

Mako is an earnest office worker. She is rather clumsy and afraid of falling in love with someone. She didn't have sex with any boy before she fell in love with one colleague.

Saki is a beautiful and prideful girl. She hopes to be a journalist but she doesn't realize her dream. So she has to be a hostess in a bar to help support her family. She tells her family members that she was working in a large publisher house and earned a lot of money every month. She has met a kind and helpful man who is married and fallen in love with him.

The story continues in the next school year after the events of the last season. The new members of Rappappa now face a even greater threat from within their own school and the surrounding schools.

Two transfer students, Atsuko Maeda and Onizuka Daruma came at the all-girls school Majisuka Gakuen. In this school violence and fighting are common among the Yankee students. Noisy and trouble maker Daruma made a fuss as soon as she entered the school, win in her first fight but then was beaten easily by another gang shortly after. In contrary to Daruma's bold-but-powerless attitude, Maeda who is truthfully a strong girl despite of her silent nature found Daruma is beaten by Team Hormon before her. The word "Majisuka?" (means are you serious?) instantly awaken her true nature and made her won the battle against Daruma's attackers easily, thus made a big fuss at the school and the news even reached the strongest fighting group, Rappapa. Afterwards, Daruma acknowledged Maeda as her boss and as a result the friendship between the two girls began to grow along with their fights with fellow students at their school.

At an all girl school, a group of girls annually stages a play. This year they pick Anton Chekhov's "The Cherry Orchard." After vigorous rehearsals the play faces cancellation because one student gets caught smoking after school.
