Dojima Otaro works as a popular host. Because of a past incident, he believes that love makes people unhappy. He now only pursues money and power.

A mysterious woman appears in front of Dojima Otaro. The mysterious woman has a pale face with red lips. She kisses him and he dies, but the next moment he regains consciousness. He realizes he is now 7 days in the past. The mysterious woman alsofollows him. Due to her kiss, Dojima Otaro dies and goes back to the past over and over again.

The horror series is adapted of a popular series manga, written by Tsutomu Takahashi and each episode will be directed by a famous realizer. Among the realizers, one will find Norio Tsuruta (Boxing ring 0) and Ryuhei Kitamura (Versus). Shaku Yumiko (24) will play the role of Izuko, gatekeeper of the "Gate of Rancor" (a gate between this world and the afterlife), the destination for all the assassinated people. Izuko listens to the tragic tales of murder victims and gives to deaths three choices: to give up their hatred, to reach the paradise and to reappear; to refuse to accept their death and to haunt the world of alive as a spectrum; to be avenged by maudissant and killing alive, then to go down to the hells.

Ito Misaki stars as the number-one cabaret/hostess club girl. Hailing from the Miyazaki countryside, she has been told since her youth that all she has is a beautiful face. Her brilliant younger brother (played by Moriyama Mirai) who aims to become a doctor, is her only pride. For his sake, she is willing to put up with all sorts of hardships in a display of unconditional love.

Tsukiyama Kayo is an editor of a fashion magazine. Contrary to the glamorous image of the fashion industry, Kayo always ends up doing work dumped on her by her younger colleagues. For the fifth year in a row, she is spending her birthday alone at the office. One day, chief editor, Kawamura Ryoko says that the fashion magazine Kayo is in charge of will be suspended. She is thus transferred to the editorial desk of a comic book for girls, a genre that she is not interested in at all. Kayo will be in charge of Hanazono Yuriko, an extremely popular manga artist. When she arrives at Hanazono Yuriko's luxurious apartment to pick up the newest manuscript, Kayo meets Tanaka Ichiro, the veteran editor of a rival publisher. He has been working with girls' comics for 20 years. In the backroom are two men, supposedly assistants. Out of the blue, they order Kayo to go buy a girl's dress. They need it for the image-building of the comic's character. As a rookie editor, Kayo is in no position to talk back. Thus, Kayo goes to town in search of the perfect dress. But when she tries a dress on, she jams the zipper. Unable to take it off, she is forced to leave the shop and walk around the city in an extravagant outfit. When Kayo finally returns to the apartment, the men order her to prepare a meal. She can't take it any more and yells, “I'm here to see Hanazono Yuriko!” “We're Hanazono Yuriko.” Kayo turns around to see the men who have been pushing her around. She is shocked to learn that Hanazono Yuriko is actually consists of four brothers, Wataru, Osamu, Satoshi, and Hinata. They warn Kayo to never let this secret become known. Kayo is still in shock, but right now, her priority is to get the manuscript due tomorrow morning. She begs the brothers to rush, but they say “not tonight” and leave the apartment.

Amamiya Kuniyuki is the unemployed son of a tonkatsu restaurant owner. He finds a job that requires a married person, so he lies by saying that he has plans to marry, and he is forced to keep up the charade using Hida Haruno, a part-time worker from the restaurant. The relationship between the two is the key of this romantic comedy, though the series also focuses on family and friendship through Nakai's interactions with the other characters.

Nogami Taeko who works at a foreign fund, is tasked by her company president, Machida Kenichi with restructuring an ailing company that has just been bought out. It is Japan Geothermal Development, a small company in the countryside which develops and supplies geothermal energy. Taeko unhappily wonders if she has been demoted, but gets on board to turn the business around. She grills the present company president Ando Koji about the company’s finances, and announces a restructuring plan that will lay off employees and close unprofitable divisions. This causes a furor among employees like Omuro Kojiro, the head of geothermal energy research, whose life has been consumed by years of research. Taeko plunges ahead based on the conviction of rebuilding the business and securing its profitability. However, she soon learns of the thoughts of people like Omuro who believe that they are developing energy for Japan’s future, and gets to know the potential of geothermal power generation.
