Meanwhile, Prosecutor Kim In-Goo is transferred to the Busan Prosecutors' Office. While investigating a drug case, he notices Lee Doo-Sam. He targets Lee Doo-Sam and the powerful people who took bribes from him.

Dae-Hee (Yoon Je-Moon) is a low level city government employee in the Mapo district of Seoul. His department handles various issues like trash, noise, and public safety. Dae-Hee isn't married, nor does he have a girlfriend at the moment. He also doesn't have many hobbies. Dae-Hee enjoys memorizing facts from books to impress his colleagues and watching television until falling asleep. You can say he is conservative and his job at the city government office suits him well. Within the Mapo district lies the Hongdae area famous for the thriving indie rock music scene. Dae-Hee leaves with a co-worker to talk with a band who has received numerous complaints from neighbors about loud noise in a residential neighborhood. The band is practicing for their next album which is coming out in the upcoming days. They are disheartened when Dae-Hee and his co-worker informs them they have to stop playing in their rented basement. During their talk, a man comes by and offers the band to rent his attic room for a generous price. Dae-hee and his co-worker knows something is fishy, but just go about their business. The next day, the band discovers their musical instruments and rent money stolen by the con man who offered to rent his apartment. Meanwhile, they become angry at civil worker Dae-Hee who introduced them to the con man. They go visit Dae-Hee at his office. To avoid a scene in front of his boss, Dae-Hee quickly offers the band his basement for their practice sessions. Dae-Hee seems to have little interest in music or the kids. If the challenger can last a certain time against the professional fighter they make it into the finals and fight against one of their amateur peers. The winner gets $20,000. Lim Duk-Kyu (Hwang Jung-Min) runs a modest noodle restaurant. His wife passed away and he takes care of his teenage daughter Soo-Bin (Ji-Woo) alone. Producer Kyu-Min then visits Duk-Kyu's noodle restaurant and attempts to persuade Duk-Kyu to become a contestant on "Legendary Fighter". Lim Duk-Kyu isn't interested in fighting again and tells her no. A few days later, Lim Duk-Kyu goes to his mother-in-law's apartment for his wife's memorial service. There, he learns his daughter Soo-Bin beat up one of her classmates and her classmate is now hospitalized. Duk-Kyu goes to the hospital and apologizes to the girl and her father. He promises to pay for her hospital bills and give her additional compensation money. Now, Lim Duk-Kyu needs to make money and make it quick. He decides to participate in the TV show "Legendary Fighter". During his first bout, he knocks out the professional fighter, which is the first time that has ever occurred on the show. For his next fight, he awaits for his opponent in the ring. When the man walks in to the ring, Lim Duk-Kyu recognizes him immediately. His opponent is his friend Jae-Seok (Yoon Je-Moon) from his high school days. Meanwhile, Lee Sang-Hoon (Yu Jun-Sang) works as a manager for a corporation owned by his long time friend Jin-Ho (Jung Woong-In). Sang-Hoon then gets a phone call from Producer Kyu-Min, who tries to convince him to take part in the show.

A drama about a mysterious disease that spreads at an alarming rate and the doctor who is tasked to solve what is causing the mysterious illness before thousands of people die. Min-jae, the youngest of the expedition, who finds the ‘Antarctic Journal’ feels strange because the drawings in the journal are similar to himself and the Korean expedition. From the moment this Antarctic Journal comes into the hands of the expedition, strange things start to happen to them. Jae-kyung suffers a serious cold when in Antarctica virus cannot exist, a mummy of a British expeditionist wearing winter clothes is found, and as these strange phenomena happens, captain Choi shows greater tenacity for reaching the unreachable point. All this is as strange as the unknown lands of Antarctica.Soon enough, the sun will go down and Antarctica will be filled with pitch darkness. The expedition have lost two men and the equipments are not working. Only the strangest eyes are looking upon them. Does this unreachable point truly exist?

Ki-Soo (Lee Min-Ki), Myung-Sik (Kim In-Kwon) and Ah-Rom (Gang Ye-Won) were members of the same notorious motorcycle gang. They enjoyed their days roaming the streets recklessly on their motorcycles. The South Korean President travels to a villa to enjoy his vacation. After three gunshots are fired, he disappears. His bodyguard Han Tae-Kyung (Park Yoo-Chun) then attempts to find the President.

Han Tae-Kyung (Park Yoo-Chun) works as a presidential guard. He goes to the hospital to see his father who is a high ranking government official. His father got into a car accident last night and is now in critical condition. Han Tae-Kyung only watches his father through a window for a short time before going back to work.

Meanwhile, President Lee Dong-Whi (Son Hyun-Joo) is in his third year of service as the South Korean President. He received huge support during his first year, but his approval rating has declined ever since. A special prosecutor is now investigating President Lee Dong-Whi's finances prior to becoming the President. To cheer himself up, the President decides to make a visit to a traditional market.

During the President's visit to the traditional market, Han Tae-Kyung's phone keeps ringing. He feels that something might be wrong with his father. Then, a man throws white powder on the President and the bodyguards respond accordingly. After the incident, Han Tae-Kyung receives a text message that his father has passed away. Meanwhile, Han Tae-Kyung is reprimanded because the President was hit with the powder. He leaves his badge and gun behind and goes to his father's funeral.

At the funeral, a woman talks to Han Tae-Kyung. She asks him if he has seen a white envelope among the things his father left behind. She also tells him that her father's car accident might have been premeditated murder. She gives him her name card. Her name is Yoon Bo-Won (Park Ha-Sun) and she is a police officer.

Soon, Han Tae-Kyung hears from a dying man that "The President will die on March 5th". As Han Tae-Kyung attempts to enter the vacation villa where the President is staying, he is blocked by soldiers because Han Tae-Kyung doesn't have his badge. Three gun shots are then fired inside the President's villa.

After completing his mission in South Korea, a North Korean spy (Park Sung-Woong) hopes to return to his motherland to see his son Myung-Hoon (T.O.P) and daughter Hye-In (Kim You-Jung) again, but he is betrayed by his own country and killed by a South Korean agent.In North Korea, his children Myung-Hoon and Hye-In are sent off to a forced labor camp. Later, high ranking North Korean military official Sang-Chul (Jo Sung-Ha) visits Myung-Hoon at the labor camp. He offers Myung-Hoon a deal. If Myung-Hoon successfully carries out a spy mission in South Korea, Myung-Hoon and his sister will be released from the labor camp. Myung-Hoon accepts the deal and undergoes 2 years of intense training.Myung-Hoon finally arrives in South Korea under the guise of a North Korean defector. He is adopted by a South Korean couple who are actually North Korean spies and enrolls at a local high school. At his new high school, Myung-Hoon sits next to a girl named Hye-In (Han Ye-Ri). She has the same name as his younger sister. Hye-In is the frequent target of bullies in their class, but Myung-Hoon falls for her. Meanwhile, Myung-Hoon finally receives his mission from North Korea. He is to locate a North Korean spy with the nickname of Big Dipper (Jung Ho-Bin) and take him out. Meanwhile, a power struggle ensues in North Korea with the failing health of dictator Kim Jung-Il and Myung-Hoon quickly becomes a liability.

Kim Do-Hyun (Jang Hyuk) graduated from the top university in South Korea and has now worked as a fund manager for 3 years. He is handsome and good at sports. Do-Hyun is particularly keen with analyzing the situation as it occurs, but his weakness comes from his poor family background. After working 3 years as a fund manager Do-Hyun is all too aware the power money has. Insecure with his situation, Do-Hyun decides to look for a more prestigious job, with better pay.

Yoo In-Hye's (Kim Hee-Ae) is a president for a hedge fund company. Her grandfather was a banker during the Japanese occupation of South Korea. This means her grandfather was on the side of the Japnese. During the Korea War he made lots of money. After the war her grandfather became a money lender and through this made a fortune. By the 1970's he became the most powerful man in the underground economy. Yoo In-Hye's family is now one of the richest families.

Lee Jung-Yeon (Lee Min-Jung) dated Do-Hyun for 6 years and they will get married soon. Whenever she thinks about Do-Hyun, she can't stop smiling. During her middle and high school years Jung-Yeon was a quiet student with ordinary scores, but Do-Hyun appeared in front of her and they began a relationship. She is certain that Do-Hyun loves her. Jung-Yeon also has one thing that Do-Hyun does not have. That is a family.

Kim Hyun Joon and Jin Sa Woo are best friends who were brought into a top secret organization known as NSS by analyst Choi Seung Hee and Park Sang Hyun. Hyun Joon and Sa Woo both fall in love with Seung Hee when she first profiles them. Their lives are changed forever when Hyun Joon is given a solo mission in Hungary. Hyun Joon later tries to find out who set him up and to figure out what IRIS is and wants.

Chaw is the name for a man-eating wild boar with a body length of 2m and approximate weight of 410kg. Sameri is a quiet village on the foot of Mt. Jiri in South Korea where no incidents have occurred in 10 years.

One day a mangled human wrist is found and the village of Sameri is placed in fear and severe anxiety. Shortly later another body part is found and then footprints are discovered with bloodstains. Former hunter Cheon Il Man lost his granddaughter and he now suspects her disappearance is tied to the man eating boar. Cheon Il Man then gathers some residents to find the boar including Kim Sun Kyeong, professional animal hunter Baek, and Detective Shin. Animal ecosystem researcher Su Ryeon is also enlisted in their hunt.
