Wataru (Takashi Sorimachi) goes back to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department after finishing training at the police academy, but he is assigned to the public relations division and not to investigation department. Meanwhile, Hatsue Kurusu goes to the #1 investigation division and claims to have killed Futoshi Miyata. Three days ago, Futoshi’s dead body was found at an irrigation channel and the police concluded that he died by accidental drowning. Hatsue Kurusu asks to be punished for his actions. Ukyo (Yutaka Mizutani) takes an interest in Hatsue’s appeal and begins an investigation by himself.

Because of unforseen circumstances involving the deteriorating health of Kuraki Medical Center’s owner, his younger brother Kuraki Hiromasa (Osugi Ren) takes over the hospital. His first change to the hospital will be to create a nurse’s aide training course. He gives this task to hot shot doctor Mori Takeru (Ozawa Yukiyoshi). On top of this surprising news, Kuraki then informs Mori that he will also have to take the course! Flustered, Mori proclaims that he is a doctor and has no need to take such a course. Kuraki tells him that a complete overall is needed to change the hospital and learning from the bottom up will help even the doctors. Brother's Keeper is a story about two brothers of the same mother but different fathers, "Sam" Kiu Tin-seng (Ruco Chan) and Lo Wai-son (Edwin Siu). Sam was born in Hong Kong, the son of Chow Yuk-mui (Louise Lee) and Kiu Sum (Lee Kwok Lun). Due to Kiu Sum refusing to marry Chow Yuk-mui, Yuk-mui decided to take Sam to Foshan, China to start anew. In Foshan, Yuk-mui got married with Lo Fu-shing (Lau Kong) and gave birth to Son a few years afterwards. Not long after, the family of four decided to cross the border to start a new life in Hong Kong. The family of four eventually got separated with Sam ending up in Hong Kong, while Yuk-mui, Fu-shing, and Son ending up in Macau. The two brothers lived very different lives in the course of the next 20 years. The very hardworking and ambitious Sam managed to graduate from college and became a police officer like his biological father, Kiu Sum. He has a girlfriend named Rachel Cheuk (Linda Chung) whom he is willing to do anything to fulfill her dreams of opening a fashion store. In order to achieve his goal, he seduces Fabio (Ankie Beilke) and uses her in the process. In addition, Sam also has an ambiguous relationship with a triad member named Keung Yung (Louis Cheung) who later caused Sam to end up in jail. Son, who is very simple-minded, only wants to live a peaceful and comfortable life in Macau. He is good friends with Yiu Man-ying (Krystal Tin) and Lung Fei (Louis Yuen). In order to avoid his abusive father (Fu-shing), Son works with his mother (Yuk-mui) at a restaurant. The lives of the two brothers, Sam and Son began to change after they meet up again. The two brothers in the series will go from 20 to 50 years old. This also shows the phrase "rags to riches" as Son becomes a rich businessowner from a poor young boy.

The play tells the story of the brothers Wu Shi San and Wu Jing bravely killing the enemy on the battlefield, defending their homes, and finally establishing a new fifth company and ushering in the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.

This series takes place in 199X on the Earth Ship, the command center of an international defence agency called Sky Force, the guardians of peace on Earth. In the ship, scientists have developed "Birdonic Waves", a newly developed technology which gives the subject superhuman abilities. Experiments called "J-Project" were successful. Aya Odagiri, the director of the project, chooses five elite Sky Force officials from Earth to use this technology. Ryū Tendō, one of the Sky Force officers, is successfully exposed to the Birdonic Waves, making him the first Jetman, the Red Hawk.

However, the Earth Ship is suddenly attacked by Vyram, an evil outer-dimensional organization bent on inter-dimensional domination. They successfully destroy the ship, apparently killing Ryū's lover and fellow candidate member Rie. In the chaos, the remaining Birdonic Waves for the other four officials become scattered on Earth, hitting four civilians. Odagiri and Tendō successfully escape and begin searching on Earth for the four remaining Jetman, training them to aid them in stopping Vyram's plans of conquering their dimension.
