Ko Lap Yan, the Senior Psychiatrist of Yan Wo Hospital, is a competent and kind-hearted doctor who specializes in severe schizophrenia and even minor mental illnesses. Yan cures his patients not only by medication but also by psychological analysis. He diagnoses the cause with reference to the symptoms. The plot is interesting, intricate and extraordinary.

The psychiatrist Lin Chi Sum and the nurse Li Ying Chun are both good friends of Yan. Sum is keen on helping people. He has cured a patient suffering from a binge eating disorder Suen Ka Pik. They have overcome a lot of difficulties and become a couple. Yan is a divorced single father with a daughter.

After the failed marriage, he did not long for love affairs until he chanced upon an Inspector of the Serious Crime Unit, Mok Man Yee. They have gradually developed their relationship through a business contact. However, in order to avoid the recurrence of genetic and mental diseases, Yee detaches her feeling from Yan.

But what makes matters worse is that Young-ae, who used to be a part of her entourage, is now the owner of the jewelry store. Su-jung’s friends advise her to marry any decent guy she can find, but her pride won’t let her settle for anything less than Mr. Right. She dreams of being whisked off her feet by a man like Han Ki-ju, a character that appears in “Lovers in Paris,” and unless she meets a guy as rich as him, she’ll never get married. The 101st Proposal aka 'My Perfect Girl' stars Lee Moon-Shik as Dal-Jae, one of those old bachelors who can't seem to get a wife no matter how many ?? (marriage meetings) they attend. I mean, he's got it all: he's good loo... OK, not really. But, hey, he's rich... at least inside. And despite his heavy Jeolla Province dialect, he certainly has many charms, it's just that he's too damn picky (or is it the other way around?)! But all of a sudden he finds his perfect girl, a 29 year old announcer (Park Sun-Young) who will rock his world. Man, I bet her parents will love her new conquest. Story has been done to death, but this being a Weekend Drama (more time to develop characters, less incentive to use educational 'shocking revelations' to make viewers practice new swear words) and having such a good cast, we might be dealing with the closest thing to MBC's glorious mid-to-late 90s Weekend Dramas like ??? (Apartment) or (Roses & Beansprouts) in a while. Shows which took a predictable formula and just let the cast act it out for an enjoyable 50 to 60 Episodes.

Fu Ze Yi, the young and promising heir of Fu's Anju Group, developed an alternate personality because of his childhood kidnapping experience. He is handsome but indifferent. Fu Ze Yi's alter, "Ge Lin" he is completely opposite to Fu Ze Yi. He has a melancholy personality, likes the violin, but he also likes Jing Zhi Xia and wants to control Fu Ze Yi's body. After meeting Jing Zhi Xia again, his consciousness gradually awakened. Actress Li Wei Wei time travels to ancient times and takes the place of the silly princess Li Cai Wei, who is engaged to Shen Hua Jin. But on the day before they are scheduled to marry, he's murdered. Suddenly she finds that they are all stuck in a time loop, and so Hua Jin and Wei Wei try to save him and break the time loop by solving who is targeting him and why.

Shi Xia and her brother has depended on each other since young. One day, she suddenly time travels to an unfamiliar xianxia world, where she arrived in front of the Yu Hua Gate.
