In 1865, Hanpeita Takechi (Ryo Nishikido) belongs to political activist group Shishi. He is then imprisoned and ordered to kill himself for disrespecting the Lord. When Hanpeita Takechi is about to carry out the suicide, he suddenly finds himself asleep in the middle of a country road. He is now in present day Japan, but he has no idea how he got here.

Hanpeita Takechi wants to go back, but he is stuck in the remote rural area. Meanwhile, villagers are embarrassed by Hanpeita’s appearance. Haruka Saeki (Manami Higa) works at a public office there and she hears about Hanpeita Takechi. Haruka Saeki finds him at the supermarket.

A love story between a human and a mermaid. This drama follows how a human Khun Naraen and the mermaid princess of the North ocean, Anda, fell in love, while Anda continue to stay away from the clutches of Sinthu, the mermaid king of the South ocean.

A homeless person wakes up and finds a bag. The bag contains one million yen in cash. Soon, the money is being recirculated into the public. The money though is discovered to be counterfeit though done with high quality.

Who and why did someone leave the counterfeit notes for the homeless?

Detective Erika Miyazono (Meisa Kuroki) goes undercover at a jewelry store to investigate the store's connection with money laundering. During her investigation, Detective Erika becomes aware of a big money investor, Nonomiya (Mitsuhiro Oikawa). She tries to approach him.

To find the source of the counterfeit notes, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department summons a specialist on counterfeit money.

Meanwhile, even though Detective Erika becomes involved in Nonomiya’s plan, she comes to know his true purpose.

Raised in a village, Christopher brings with him indelible childhood memories and exciting life experiences to a nostalgic kampong house where he reconnects with his younger self and different guests. An avid foodie and self-taught cook, Christopher whips up a few dishes to host his guests at the cozy and open kampong, where they share life stories over hearty meals.
