This story is adapted from real events. The defending team in the story is the main member of an African bodyguard company composed of Chinese. Their paths cross in his hometown of Foshan on the eve of the Japanese invasion in 1936. China is in turmoil and the country's south teeters on the brink of partition from the north. Gong Er's father is a renowned grandmaster. He too travels to Foshan. The legendary brothel The Golden Pavilion, where the country's best martial artists converge, is to be the venue for his retirement ceremony.

Twin brothers Kazuya (Keita Saito) and Tatsuya (Shota Saito) are friends with the girl Minami (Masami Nagasawa) since their childhood days. When fate prevents Kazuya from keeping their shared promise, his brother has to shoulder the burden and train to become a great pitcher again. Uploader's Comments: This is based on a manga, which also serves as the basis for a long-running anime series. I'm not familiar with either of those and I haven't had the time to watch this yet, so I can't say all that much. It did look quite cute when I grabbed the screens and Masami is Masami.

Hyo Jeong works at a radio station as a scenario writer and DJ. Her boyfriend of 10 years Won Jae, promised to marry after he returns from his studies in France. When Won Jae returns to Korea he brings along another man named Dong Hwa. Hyo Jeong then discovers Won Jae and Dong Hwa's relationship is more than platonic.

Takeko keeps a framed design of the spider lily flower on the wall of her tattoo parlor. The design was literally cut from the flesh of her father, after he was crushed to death in an earthquake. The image of the spider lily tattoo is the last cohesive memory of Takeko's traumatized brother, Ching, who is no longer able to recognize anyone, including his sister. Takeko has the same tattoo of the poisonous flower on her body in the hope of helping Ching remember and bridging the gap between them. Webcam girl Jade visits Takeko's tattoo parlor, looking for sexy decoration to excite her clientele. Entranced by the tattoo of the spider lily on the wall, Jade gives Takeko her business card and invites her to visit her on her website where she professes her love for the tattoo artist. Finally, jade asks takeko to give her the same spider lily tattoo to bring her closer to the object of her desire.

A 21-year-old girl is released from prison, only to deal with the neighborhood gossip about her and family conflicts. She decides to save one million yen, move to where no one knows her and keep repeating the process.
