Being the son of a concubine, Nobuchiyo has no claim to power, so he assumes the guise of a wandering swordsman named Shintarō to seek out and eliminate plots by rival feudal lords and thus protect his younger brother.

The series follows a school bully who chance upon special powers, which can be strengthen by studying. Along the way, the bully made friends and found a new meaning in life as his strength grew.

Kamen Rider Decade (仮面ライダーディケイド, Kamen Raidā Dikeido?, Masked Rider DCD, Masked Rider Decade) is the title of the first of the 2009 editions of the long-running Kamen Rider Series of tokusatsu dramas.
