Su Hyon travels from Korea to broaden his horizons, studying in Japan he meets Yuri. Both share similar interests in music and sports as they become closer while dealing with language and racial barriers.

Guizhou province 1975, a year before the end of the Cultural Revolution. Eleven-year-old Wang Han lives in a small town to which his family moved from Shanghai a few years earlier under the government's Third Front movement - to protect nationally important industries from possible attack by the Soviet Union by relocating them inland in remote, mountainous areas. At home, Wang Han lives with his actor father, who encourages him to become a painter so he can "live freely", his strict mother who is always worrying about money, and his younger sister. At school, he has three pals: tall, bespectacled Weijun, chubby "Louse" and little "Mouse". They all spy on pretty fellow student Xie Juehong, whom one day faints after being summoned to see the school's headmistress, miss Zhou. One day, Wang Han is made leader of group gymnastics at his school but is told he must first get a new white shirt; reluctantly, his mother uses valuable clothes coupons to buy the material. Then, playing by the river, Wang Han has his new shirt stolen by a man on the run. The fugitive, who uses it to staunch his wounds, turns out to be Juehong's elder brother, Xie Fulai. He promises Wang Han that one day he'll replace the shirt, as long as the boy doesn't reveal where he's hiding.

A month later. Genji Takiya has graduated. New fights begin to see who will climb to the top at Suzuran High School. Meanwhile, a battle against nearby Kurosaki Industrial High School begins.

oung-Jae (Choi Woo-Sik) lives at the group home Isaac's House. He is set to turn 17-years-old and he has to leave the group, but he does not want to go back to live with his irresponsible father. Around others, Young-Jae acts like a model student interested in becoming a priest. Secretly, he steals and tells lies to friends. One day, Young-Jae's father comes to see him. His father tries to dump his younger brother on him. Young-Jae explodes with anger.

A group of teens visit a deserted island only to find that deadly plants have taken over.

Choi-Hyun (Park Hae-Il) returns to South Korea to attend a friend's funeral. He teaches at Peking University in China and is married to a Chinese woman. After the funeral, Choi-Hyun decides to visit the city of Gyeongju. He can't forget an obscene picture drawn on the wall of tea house there. He saw that picture seven years ago when he visited Gyeongju with his two friends. At the tea house in Gyeongju, he meets the new proprietress Yoon-Hee (Shin Min-A). She bought the tea house three years ago and the obscene picture is now covered by wallpaper. Choi-Hyun asks about the picture, but Yoon-Hee is taken aback by his odd question. Choi-Hyun later calls his college friend and one time lover, Yeo-Jung (Yoon Jin-Seo), to visit him in Gyeongju. A whirlwind of emotions passes through Choi-Hyun.

On Oh-aew's last day in Phuket, Teh will take him around to travel to various places that hold the memories where they grew up.

"Mrs K" is a story of a woman who gives everything that she has to protect her husband and daughter when enemies from her past come hunting her.
