Set at a psychiatric hospital. Soo-Myung (Yeo Jin-Goo) has suffered from schizophrenia due to his guilt that he suffers from his mother's suicide. He meets Seung-Min (Lee Min-Ki) at the psychiatric hospital. Seung-Min has been forcibly hospitalized because of his wealthy family's inheritance fight. Dreaming of getting out of the hospital, Seung-Min constantly tries to escape. Soo-Myung begins to follow Seung-Min.

The sudden death of her mother brings Myeong Eun back home to Jeju island. There she meets her sister Myeong Ju and her daughter Seung Ah, still living at their old home, and Hyeon Ah who has lived with them for over 20 years like a relative. With the absence of her father, and her complex about being an illegitimate child, Myeongeun tells Hyeon Ah she will start looking for her father after the funeral. Myeong Ju accompanies her sister because of Hyeon Ah’s persuasion and her sense of duty as an older sibling.

There are hands living in my toilet! A man opens his eyes in the morning and goes to the bathroom, where he’s faced with a weird scenario of a hand shooting up out of the toilet. Thinking he must have drunk too much the night before, he rubs his eyes and looks down at the toilet again, but the hand is still there. His wife, their apartment security guard and paramedics arrive in the bathroom one after the other, but rather than revealing its identity, they are attacked by the strange hand in the toilet.

Do not mock the hand; it may never come out of the toilet, but you can never be free of its grip, and the attacks are surprisingly terrifying. With the movie beginning and ending with the titular ‘hand’, there is tension built in the restricted space of the bathroom. Together with the extraordinary setting, the special effects and the actors' passionate performances evoking humor and fear, it is also worth noting this formal attempt to expand the short form-style series, which has been tried in various guises leading up to the theatrical version.

The woman is in a hotel room with a view of the port. The man is inside of a parked car with a view of the ocean. A man named Colonel appears and hands the man a box with a loaded gun inside. The Colonel states "its a present from the witch".

The woman's name is Meiko (Michiko Kichise) and she is the young wife of Takamitsu Temiyako (Takamitsu Temiyako) - president of a large medical corporation. The man in the parked car is Dr. Tokito Takahiko (Hiroshi Abe) an employee of the large medical corporation. This evening, Meiko and Tokito will implement their plan to murder Meiko's husband and frame his death as a suicide.

Set on mysterious Kaiden Island where abandoned people arrive. Nanakusa (Ryusei Yokohama) and Yuu Manabe (Marie Iitoyo) were childhood friends. Now, they are high school students and they meet again on Kaidan Island. They get involved in various cases.

Movie is based on Kono Yutaka's novel about two childhood friends in a remote island – an island for discarded people.
