Yano Katsuhiko, a weather forecaster who is divorced and is introduced by his friend, Taguchi to popular radio DJ Yukawa Sachi aka "Love Specialist". Yano recalled seeing pictures of her before but the person he actually saw is Sachi's friend, Yujin.

Huang Cai Wei was engaged to Bai Qian Feng when he went missing on a business trip and presumed dead. She was then forced to marry his brother Bai Qian Sheng. His obvious favoritism of her incited jealousy in his other wives, especially his primary wife Ma Fu Fang. Huang managed to outmaneuver many of the women's ploy using her wits. She works with Dong Ki Joon. He is Sa Ra’s business partner and an advisory lawyer at Solution. Before coming to Solution, he was an excellent prosecutor who had the nickname of "German Shepherd." He picked up the nickname because of his persistence and keen intuition, but Ki Joon left the prosecutors' office for an unknown reason. Sa Ra and Ki Joon work together for people who are suffering through difficult divorces.

Au-Yeung Wai-Lan (Yuen Qiu), owner of a martial arts training school, is reunited with her long-lost son Goo Yu-Cheung (Kevin Cheng) after years of agonizing separation. On his return home, Cheung is shocked to find that his younger brother Goo Yu-Tong (Kenneth Ma) has been critically ill and that his father was murdered long ago by Wing Dak (Lam Ka Wah), the existing director of a pharmaceutical company and a bitter old foe of the Goo family. Cheung has never been into kung-fu but shows glimpses of his potential when he strikes back at the impudent, arrogant Wing Man-Gwan (Jacky Heung), also the son of Wing Dak. Pinning all her hopes on Cheung, Wai-Lan not only teaches him a special set of kung-fu skills created by the family, but also registers for him for the Guangdong Boxing Championship Tournament. Out of the blue, Cheung’ s opponent in the final turns out to be Man-Gwan. Cheung starts losing his bearings after achieving growing success and recognition in the field of martial arts. Caught up in the love triangle between was his adopted sister Ying Ngan-Ming (Natalie Tong), his dream girl Chow Bing-Bing (Nancy Wu) and himself, Cheung is utterly confused and exhausted, which later causes his failure in the final tournament.

Ma Young Hee has been in love with her best friend Han Jin Woo since the first time they met in high school. Han Jin Woo, on the other hand, does not see Young Hee's love for him and blindly goes out with other girls in front of her. On a trip to Japan, Young Hee meets a young man on the street who takes her back to his apartment since she is drunk. Young Hee accuses this man of raping her even though he didn't, but before she can rightfully press charges, he runs away as the government officials of Japan chase him down for an expired visa. Jin Woo asks if Sun Woo may stay at her place, and Young Hee accepts out of love for Jin Woo. The story unfolds as a sudden high school classmate of Young Hee, Jang Hee Won, begins to court Jin Woo.

The story greatly resembles 3 nen B gumi Kinpachi Sensei with some stereotypical characters tacked on. There's the hardheaded father figure, who is a ramen shop chef, his tough school teacher daughter, Motoko, who hates Sakuragi, and an estranged older sister, whose dad disowned. Dad is renting out the estranged sister's old room to Sakuragi. Motoko and Sentaro's colleague, Onodera, has a huge Oedipus complex.

Hatanaka Kosaku is a talented boxer who turned pro at the age of 19, winning his debut match with a first round KO. He is talented, but he has no guts. His uncontrollable appetite is an even bigger problem. He can't put himself in the right weight class, he runs out of energy because of hunger, and he gets knocked out while his eyes are set on food at the ringside. As a beat officer she gets to know Senior Inspector Chan Siu-Sang (Bobby Au-Yeung) better. The two have an close friendship and soon starts developing feelings for each other, but their relationship is put on hold when her ex-husband wants her back. Chan Siu-Sang niece Chan Sam-Yuen, is a tomboy who has always dreamt of becoming a cop like her uncle. Since she is so active in her job her superior Ching Fung writes her up for being to ambitious and unruly. Chan Siu-Sang being more senior than Ching Fung decides to stand up for his niece and tells Fung to be a better superior instead. While always bickering with each other Sam-Yuen and Fung soon find out they also have a lot of the same interest. When Fung's girlfriend breaks up with him for neglecting her he soon starts to fall for Sam-Yuen. Later when Siu-Sang is framed for a crime he didn't commit will Sam-Yuen arrest him or let him go so he can find evidence to bring the real culprit to justice.
