Local Creator is a new show based on a unique case: a government officer made unique promotional videos for various local festivals that went viral. They reject old-fashioned ideas: they observe the city and towns with fresh perspectives, and they make the contents with unique styles. The program not only follows the hosts' challenging process of making promo videos but helps the local government to promote various local content to the public.
