On her wedding day Kim Eun Jae is left standing at the alter by her groom, Yoo Young Hoon, for wealthy Suh Woo Kyung. Her wedding photographer, Park Moo-yeol, is a rich playboy who helps Eun-jae avoid embarrassment by pretending to be her husband. Soon after Moo-yeol's family goes bankrupt. The family home will be sold if he can't come up with money quick. Eun Jae meanwhile is convinced that if she becomes wealthy Young Hoon will come back to her. Eun-jae and Moo-yeol decide to join forces. They move in together and invest in moneymaking schemes one after the other. Making money unfortunately isn't as easy as they had hoped. As outside forces (and Woo Kyung) line up against them, the two begin to realize that though they may be unlucky in money they are very lucky in love.

Ple having an obsession with everything Japanese, immediately takes a liking to Mike, which stirs everything up. Golf and Mike gained the eye of the music company when they helped Pat with a commercial that required them to show off their natural dancing skills. With everyone commenting that they looked alike and that they could be brothers, Golf's producer decides to form the duo Golf-Mike and their singing career starts there. Unknown to the both of them, Golf's mother is the mother Mike has been looking for, and they were half-brothers

    During the summer in 2014, popular actor Takayuki Yamada is filming his role in a new movie. During this time, he is having problems separating his character from his real self. Takayuki Yamada decides to read manga “Uhyo! Tokyo-to Kita-ku Akabane.” The manga depicts unique, real people living in the Akabane area of Tokyo. Takayuki Yamada is impressed with the manga. He also decides to go to Akabane to find himself.

    Takayuki Yamada first contacts director Nobuhiro Yamashita and asks him to film him in Akabane. He then makes an appointment to meet manga writer Toru Seino (writer and main character in "Uhyo! Tokyo-to Kita-ku Akabane”) in Akabane. Takayuki Yamada goes on to meet other people from the manga and also interacts with his acting friends Gou Ayano, Kyosuke Yabe, director Hitoshi One, musician Kazuya Yoshii and others.
