Facing an unacceptable reality, a teacher is trying to reclaim relationships with his family, students and former friends. Reassessing his past, he contemplates how to go on with his life.

When the world is hit with a naturally occuring virus that spreads among all living things, humans begin to turn into insatiable zombies. In a blink, the world as we know it collapses. Furthermore, the few remaining survivors are unable to use the available food resources. They therefore develop a new crop to support themselves. Survivors depend on one profession, their only hope; someone in this profession must brave the dangers to send and recieve food and packages of necessities. These people are called Riders.

Saeba Ryo is a "sweeper" in the city of Tokyo. He works as a trouble shooter, cleaning the streets of vermin, and helping out desperate people. Sometimes he's a bodyguard, sometimes he's an assassin, whatever Ryo does he does it well. In fact, his only flaw is his hormones - he loves the ladies and sometimes turns into an idiot when he's near them. Thankfully he's got people like his partner Kaori Makimura to keep him in check.

After suffering from serial paranormal events, a wealthy family living in LA summons a young rising shaman duo Hwa Rim and Bong Gil to save the newborn of the family. Once they arrive, Hwa Rim senses a dark shadow of their ancestor has latched on the family in a so-called 'Grave Calling'.

In order to exhume the grave and relieve the ancestor, Hwa Rim seeks help from top-notch geomancer Sang Deok and mortician Yeong Geun. To their dismay, the four find the grave at a shady location in a remote village in Korea. Unaware of the consequences, the exhumation is carried out, unleashing a malevolent force buried underneath.

Dae-shik lives off the streets. He once dreamed of becoming a mountaineer and reach the top of the Himalayas. But now he lives dreamlessly on the streets day by day. No one knows about his past, and he hates it when people ask about it. He tries hard to show a very tough expression on his face, but occasionally a sad shadow comes and goes. One day, he discovers a drunk man passed out on the road and in pain. He only passes him by, but he can never forget his face. He hates to love again, but his heart starts to pound once more. Il-joo swallows a fistful of medication and lives another day. She drinks with strangers, dances with them, and then sleeps with them. Thanks to some customers who unusually ordered coffee from a beach, she can luckily see the sea today. But the sea keeps calling Il-joo to drown in its belly. She bids it's call, but a firm hand grabs Il-joo and pulls her out of the deep waters of the ocean. It's no other than one of the customers who ordered the coffee, Dae-shik. She doesn't know why, but she feels something for him, and curious to know what kind of person he is. Suk-won's life goes to ruin when his stocks hit rock bottom. As he loiters around the streets, Dae-shik helps him out of his depression. Suk-won is doubtful of his appearance, but he has no choice to ask for his help. Dae-shik offers Suk-won to go on a road trip together with him and he agrees. Being sick of Seoul and even hating it, Suk-won is somewhat excited to go on a journey that has no destination. Dae-shik, Suk-won and Il-joo are off on a journey to find freedom from their woes. As they encounter new faces and places, they learn more about themselves and their feelings for each other. But this in turn, unearths a harder obstacle for them to overcome. While on the road together, they face a difficult choice between their love for one another and their freedom.

Hae Won Maek, Gang Rim, and Duk Choon are about to take part in Soo Hong’s trial. However, to secure a trial, they are tasked with bringing the soul of an old man who is protected by House God within 49 days. Gang Rim accompanies Soo Hong, while Hae Won Maek and Duk Choon go down into the human world, where they discover that the House God knows of their forgotten previous lives.

Osugi Ryota (Kagawa Teruyuki), a former detective of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s First Investigative Division, resigned from the police because of some incident and now runs a private investigation agency. One day, a beautiful weather girl Koike Risa (Hayami Akari) visits Osugi with a request. She wants him to search for her younger twin sister Rina (Hayami Akari) who was supposed to have died 18 years ago. In the footage of a video that was anonymously put into Risa’s mailbox, Rina is seen to suddenly transform like a beast and attack a counselor in the room of a facility. Risa is convinced that her younger sister is still alive somewhere. And that she is also the criminal who killed her parents one year earlier … … After Risa’s parents were murdered by someone at the research lab of an abandoned university hospital, their hearts were gouged out. Osugi gets his partner, senior patrol officer Narumiya Keisuke (Ito Atsushi), involved. Narumiya starts examining whether anyone is living in Risa’s family home now as well as the scene where her parents were killed. The “ghost of the heart professor” is rumoured to appear at research lab. Narumiya finds something inside the dark, dilapidated place. Meanwhile, Osugi who is going through a divorce settlement with his wife Keiko (Horiuchi Keiko) over the custody of their daughter Megumi (Sugisaki Hana), is asked why he quit being a police officer without consulting his family. But he stubbornly keeps silent. What flashes in his mind are the memories of the case that led to his resignation. The gruesome serial murders by a criminal who is a copycat of Shingai Hiromi, that he pursued together with junior detective Mishima Akifumi (Kiritani Kenta) … …

Manami is the leader of her high school’s broadcasting club. While considering which a club member should read during the upcoming pre-graduation campus festival, Manami sees a girl named Chiyuki by the pool and subsequently becomes completely preoccupied with her, secretly peeping on her whenever possible. One day, Manami is taken by surprise when Chiyuki suddenly joins the broadcasting club, leading to a surge of strange new feelings.

Nearly everything about Tachiguishi Retsuden defies easy explanation. Like the title, for starters. It literally means something like “The Legendary Masters of Eating While Standing,” while Production I.G. has apparently gone with the more spirited “Tachigui: The Amazing Lives of Fast Food Grifters.” Unlike the majority of his other films, it's a parody. It's animated, but it isn't anime. It's comprised of still photos of actors and settings that have been digitally animated into life, stop-motion style. But that being said, there isn't a whole hell of a lot of motion, either. Major portions of the film consist of long (long) stretches of narraration over grainy, colorized black and white stills. Sounds confusing? I haven't even gotten to the plot. It's like Tampopo meets Jin-Roh, a sprawling (and totally fictional) documentary chronicling dine-and-dashers in Japan's postwar era. The story opens in the tiny standing room only noodle shops that sprang up during the occupation, and ends among the hamburger stands, beef bowl joints, and curry restaurants that serve up the majority of Japan's fast food today. The various protagonists aren't cast as criminals, but as anti-heroes and springboards for social satire. Sounds simple enough on the surface, but this is Mamoru Oshii we're talking about. Their “amazing lives” unfold in an incredibly dense narrative, crammed full of trivia, pop-culture references, and Japanese urban legends, the vast majority completely unknown to foreign audiences.

B. Tech graduates Antony and Vinay Dasan are talented, but unemployed. That changes, however, when they approach the cyber cell with a new perspective to a film piracy case.

Junoshin Kake (Gou Ayano) is a ronin. To get hired by the Kurokaze Han, he lies and tells them that a religious group is trying to destroy them. He gets hired by the Kurokaze Han, but they learn that Junoshin Kake lied. Junoshin Kake is given the death sentence and he must think of an escape plan.

Toda (Koji Yakusho), who has been in confinement for killing a boy servant who had an affair with his concubine 7 years ago. Akiya Toda is expected to commit hara-kiri within 3 years. In the meantime, Akiya Toda works on an order from the previous daimyo to write the daimyo's family tree into a book. Soon, Shozaburo Danno becomes touched by Akiya Toda, Akiya Toda's wife Orie (Mieko Harada) and his daughter Kaoru (Maki Horikita). Specifically, Shozaburo Danno is moved by Akiya Toda's enthusiasm for making the daimyo's family tree book and Orie's love and trust for her husband and daughter. He finds it difficult to believe that Akiya Toda killed a boy servant. Shozaburo Danno decides to investigate the case which occurred 7 years ago.
