Aruo, the dragon girl from the East China Sea, is determined to find her beloved, and comes to the mortal Wang Sheng at all costs. However, the fox demon Xiaoman wants to get the most precious spiritual leaf from the dragon girl, and designs to break Wang Sheng's heart. Aruo has no choice but to use Lingye made up for Wang Sheng's heart, so the two women started a "heart-stealing" contest with Wang Sheng as the center.

Facing an unacceptable reality, a teacher is trying to reclaim relationships with his family, students and former friends. Reassessing his past, he contemplates how to go on with his life.

When the world is hit with a naturally occuring virus that spreads among all living things, humans begin to turn into insatiable zombies. In a blink, the world as we know it collapses. Furthermore, the few remaining survivors are unable to use the available food resources. They therefore develop a new crop to support themselves. Survivors depend on one profession, their only hope; someone in this profession must brave the dangers to send and recieve food and packages of necessities. These people are called Riders.

Saeba Ryo is a "sweeper" in the city of Tokyo. He works as a trouble shooter, cleaning the streets of vermin, and helping out desperate people. Sometimes he's a bodyguard, sometimes he's an assassin, whatever Ryo does he does it well. In fact, his only flaw is his hormones - he loves the ladies and sometimes turns into an idiot when he's near them. Thankfully he's got people like his partner Kaori Makimura to keep him in check.

Momose Taro, nicknamed “Nekoben”, is described as a genius lawyer by the people around him, and yet he is a poor man who lives in a run-down apartment. To make matters worse, he is 40 and still has no luck with women. The kind-hearted Momose also adopts pitiful cats that have nowhere to go in the cases that he undertakes, and there are many of them in his Shinjuku office. On the other hand, Momose’s frequent matchmaking activities undertaken by a marriage agency keep ending in failure. But in a reversal, its employee Daifuku Ako proposes marriage to him. Love finally makes progress. At that moment, Momose receives what looks like a request by email. “Mr Momose, this is the first time I’m writing to you. I’m worried about a white cockatoo that I cannot even sleep during the day. The love for Yamada Satoshi’s Sugiyama has cooled. I’m worried about Sugiyama’s fate. Please check on it. The invisible man.” Puzzled by this sudden challenge, Momose immediately visits the home of Yamada Satoshi whose name was mentioned in the email. Yamada is a weather forecaster who goes on television, and he has a white cockatoo called Sugiyama which whom he makes his television appearances. Yamada discloses that Sugiyama has become useless because of the AD to whom he entrusts the cockatoo to while he is away. He has consulted the popular lawyer Futami Jun who is called the “prince of law”, and filed a lawsuit. Follows the life of poet Yun Dong-Ju (Dec. 30, 1917 – Feb. 16, 1945). He was eventually imprisoned by the Japanese government for being involved in the Korean independence movement.

The “Seven Cutter” is a legend around high schools across the country. His name is Han Su and he remains unbeaten throughout the school system. Whoever tries to fight him not only faces the indignity of losing but is left with Han-Su’s trademark 7cm scar to remind them of their loss. When innocent new kid Han Su (An Jae Mo - Haan, Birdcage Inn) starts at Seong Ji High School, he is instantly mistaken for the “Seven Cutter”. Haru (Toyoshima Hana) is a rather cool fifth-grade elementary school student who shares the same tastes as her mother’s younger sister Yuko (Kaho) and can tell Yuko what she really feels.

On the first day of the summer vacation, Haru is kidnapped. The culprit is her free-spirited father Takashi (Tsumabuki Satoshi) who disappeared from home two months ago. He is scruffy, pathetic, poor and unemployed. Her dependable mother Kyoko (Kinami Haruka) has given up on him and they have been living apart. While Haru neither likes nor dislikes her good-for-nothing father, she gets excited about the kidnapping which will take her where she likes. But Takashi seems to have made some bargain with her mother by holding Haru hostage. Haru is in the dark about the details. Her father brings her to the sea, mountains and various places.

During this time, Haru learns how the romance between her parents started, is piggybacked for kilometres and even meets his ex-girlfriend Nori-chan (Mitsushima Hikari). Through this strange yet thrilling summer journey, she gets to know a side of her father that was previously unknown to her. Takashi eventually runs out of money and the “trip” between father and daughter comes to an end.

Dr. Gao Jing and her fiancé Chen Guo Dong go on a diving trip to visit an ancient city, but the holiday becomes nightmare. After some terrible incident, Guo Dong’s body is found headless, and Gao Jing cannot remember what happened to them underwater. Gao Jing tries to find out the truth with the help of her friend, the hypnotist Dr. Tong, and her own patient Simon who claims to be able to see spirits.
