Aruo, the dragon girl from the East China Sea, is determined to find her beloved, and comes to the mortal Wang Sheng at all costs. However, the fox demon Xiaoman wants to get the most precious spiritual leaf from the dragon girl, and designs to break Wang Sheng's heart. Aruo has no choice but to use Lingye made up for Wang Sheng's heart, so the two women started a "heart-stealing" contest with Wang Sheng as the center.

Kazuaki Sakurai is a 37-year-old man working at an advertising agency. For a CM shooting, he goes to a beautiful house. At the house, he meets Yoichi Mizukawa while he is painting a picture. Yoichi is a 19-year-old art student and he lives with his cousins in the big old house. Sakurai becomes attracted to Yoichi. Meanwhile, Yoichi is only interested painting, but he begins to take an interest in Sakurai as well. High school student Mariko (Ando Sakura) sings in the choir at the all-girls school she attends, and her biggest dream right now is to go to a music college. One day on her way home from school, she accidentally drops her bookbag into the sea. A man (Sasaki Takao) jumps into the water and recovers the bag for her, but all of her score sheets have been ruined. From that day on, Mariko's new acquaintance becomes her bodyguard, walking her home everyday. But for some reason, he refuses to tell her his name.

Joe Yabuki is an aimless young man who runs away from an orphanage with no money and no place to stay. He runs into a former boxing trainer, Danpei, who still has a strong passion for boxing. Danpei watches Joe fight and regains his desire to train future boxers. Joe, however, does not have any interest in boxing until he ends up in a juvenile prison where he meets Rikiishi, a former boxing prodigy. They quickly develop a rivalry, and a newfound interest in boxing overcomes everybody in prison, including Joe.

A family that is scattered get together because of their mother's sudden illness. They begin to about their family.

Since Reiko (Mieko Harada) turned 60-years-old, she seems to get more and more forgetful, but her husband Katsuaki (Kyozo Nagatsuka), first son Kousuke (Satoshi Tsumabuki) and second son Shunpei (Sosuke Ikematsu) do not care or notice. One day, Reiko goes to see a doctor and is diagnose with brain tumor. She only has a week to live.

After Reiko tells the her family that "a family that gets scattered makes me scared," she seems to become a totally different person. As if she has Alzheimer's, Reiko says whatever is on her mind.
