Facing an unacceptable reality, a teacher is trying to reclaim relationships with his family, students and former friends. Reassessing his past, he contemplates how to go on with his life.

When the world is hit with a naturally occuring virus that spreads among all living things, humans begin to turn into insatiable zombies. In a blink, the world as we know it collapses. Furthermore, the few remaining survivors are unable to use the available food resources. They therefore develop a new crop to support themselves. Survivors depend on one profession, their only hope; someone in this profession must brave the dangers to send and recieve food and packages of necessities. These people are called Riders.

Saeba Ryo is a "sweeper" in the city of Tokyo. He works as a trouble shooter, cleaning the streets of vermin, and helping out desperate people. Sometimes he's a bodyguard, sometimes he's an assassin, whatever Ryo does he does it well. In fact, his only flaw is his hormones - he loves the ladies and sometimes turns into an idiot when he's near them. Thankfully he's got people like his partner Kaori Makimura to keep him in check.

After suffering from serial paranormal events, a wealthy family living in LA summons a young rising shaman duo Hwa Rim and Bong Gil to save the newborn of the family. Once they arrive, Hwa Rim senses a dark shadow of their ancestor has latched on the family in a so-called 'Grave Calling'.

In order to exhume the grave and relieve the ancestor, Hwa Rim seeks help from top-notch geomancer Sang Deok and mortician Yeong Geun. To their dismay, the four find the grave at a shady location in a remote village in Korea. Unaware of the consequences, the exhumation is carried out, unleashing a malevolent force buried underneath.

Director Jang Sun Woo might be best known for provocative, controversial films, such as Lies, A Petal, and To You From Me, but he has a quiet side as well. Winner of the Alfred-Bauer Prize at the 1994 Berlin Film Festival, HwaOmKyung (a.k.a. Passage to Buddha), one of Jang's best works, is a quiet and evocatively beautiful meditation on life. Based on former monk and political activist Go Eun's novel, HwaOmKyung is one of the best Buddhist-themed films Korea has produced. Oh Tae Kyung (Old Boy) gives a stunning performance as Seon Jae, a young boy who spends his life on the road in search of his mother. A modern unfolding of the Avatamsaka sutra, his spiritual odyssey leads him to telling encounters with strange people and, eventually, the essence of Buddhism. 

Nu Wa takes the sky fire to make up the sky, the essence of the heaven and earth turns the lotus lamp, and grants the Three Virgin Mary as a body protection magic weapon. After the three virgins love mortal Liu Xi, they were suppressed by the court of Yang Jian and Huashan. The son of the three virgins, Shen Xiang, grew up and followed the teacher Sun Wukong. The Three Saints died in the land, and Agarwood killed Heaven to try to change the rules of the heavens, but suffered the destruction of the three realms of Buddha, Dao, and God. A woman arrives at Seol Won hospital by car with her sister stabbed and unconscious. From the shocking accident, she can’t even speak properly. Police officer Hyun Ju arrives at the hospital and recalls herself while watching Do Kyung, who refuses to be treated to take care of her sister. Hyun Ju, who does the given tasks indifferently like a machine, investigates the case actively out of compassion for Do Kyung. However, the case becomes a mystery when it is revealed that the woman in the hospital is not Do Kyung’s real sister, and the actual sister was a nurse who worked at the hospital in the past, and the person who will be Do Kyung’s brother-in-law was also on the scene.

As humans develop faster and faster, more and more garbage is produced, and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. With the global advocacy of environmental protection, PDR Biotech uses gene fusion technology to create a “super cockroach” that claims to be able to quickly eliminate any garbage and is safe and controllable. Company leader Victor is ambitious and wants to use the super cockroach to change the world, so he rented the entire freighter with the super cockroach to show technology to the world. Unexpectedly, on the way to the destination, hundreds of thousands of super cockroaches on the ship suddenly lost control and attacked and swallowed all the creatures on the ship.

The film begins with Teapot (Sammo Hung), attempting to rob the dormant homes of a wealthy neighborhood in Hong Kong. When attempting to rob one particular house, he is briefly mistaken for the guest of honor at a surprise birthday party, and is subsequently handed over to the police. The following day, four other petty criminals are apprehended - unruly civil rights leader Curly (John Shum), car washer Exhaust Pipe (Richard Ng) who steals vehicle parts, well-dressed thief Vaseline (Charlie Chin) who swindles jewelry shops' most expensive watches, and Rookie (Stanley Fung), a mysterious, and rude, stranger. The quintet unite in prison and promise to make their fortune together in every possible way upon their release. Rookie is the gang's leader, whilst Teapot is bullied by the others (in the later films, Roundhead, played by Eric Tsang, is the group's victim and Hung's character is the leader). Following their release, they team up with Curly's beautiful sister, Shirley (Cherie Chung), and form a cleaning company. A sixth convict, the wealthy Jack Tar (James Tien) is released on the same day. Upon his release, he returns to his mansion, his fleet of expensive vehicles and his dozens of bodyguards. Tar commences work on his next criminal project, trading counterfeit US and Hong Kong currency with another crime boss. When the deal takes place, a brave but careless cop CID 07 (Jackie Chan) attempts to recover the briefcase containing the phony money, but the case somehow ends up in the Five Stars Cleaning Co. van. While none of the workers realize this misfortune, Tar certainly does. Later, Teapot and his friends decide to attend Tar's high-class party, hoping to expand their business with the wealthy guests. Unluckily Tar recognizes Curly instantly, and interrogates him. A battle ensues, where Teapot's kung fu skills are heavily relied on. Finally, another Triad gang, led by Tar's rival, wants the printing plates as well. A climatic fight takes place at a warehouse, where both Tar and his rival, along with their goons, are finally defeated. At the end, Teapot receives a reward and marries Shirley.

Doo Yeong, the eldest son of the family is planning to go to the police force this time. However, after coming to Seoul from the province, going with his younger brother Doo Yeop to a cram school is not too smooth. His romance with Ji Yeong makes it also harder. Doo Yeong meets a lot of people and worries amidst his longing for success and love in Seoul.

A real-time live chase movie in which freelance PD Dong Joo finds out that his girlfriend is being broadcast live through a link he accidentally received, and to stop it, he had a desperate confrontation with the mysterious 'Gentleman' in the hidden camera broadcast.
