A coastal city in Brazil. Kai arrives from Taiwan for holidays with a broken heart. A broken air conditioner sends her into Fu Ang’s umbrella store. He could become a friend, but the rainy season doesn't arrive and his shop disappears. While looking for Fu Ang, Kai discovers the story of Xiaoxin and a group of Chinese workers in a posh skyscraper. Kai finds herself strangely mirrored in Xiaoxin’s tale.

In the Wanli Year of the Ming Dynasty, marauders team up with spies in the imperial court to frame the family of Lord Qiu, Minister of War. However, the youngest daughter Qiu Moyan is rescued by the warrior Zhou Huai'an. Before his death, Lord Qiu hands over the Ming Dynasty's coastal defense plan to his daughter, hoping to entrust it to someone who could shoulder the important responsibility of saving the dynasty. In order to obtain the defense plan, the marauders hunt down Zhou Huai’an and Qiu Moyan. The imperial court also lists the two as the most wanted criminals. To protect the defense plan and the descendant of the Qiu family, Zhou Huai’an looks for Dragon Gate Inn’s boss Jin Xiangyu for help. For the love of her life, Jin Xiangyu hides the defense map in the inn and transforms the inn into a dragon ship that stays away from the martial world, protecting the defense map until the right time comes. Unexpectedly, Qiu Moyan accidentally falls into the hands of the marauders. At the same time, the imperial court also sends Xu Yi, a crime-solving expert, to the ship to arrest Zhou Huai’an and Qiu Moyan. With different agendas, several forces fight to the death on this strange dragon ship.

Matsuoka is a teacher at a culinary school. One day, a student, Tashiro, says something strange during the lesson: “There’s a noise, it’s like a chime. Someone is sending me a message.” The people running the school warn him that Tashiro’s a little odd, but Matsuoka isn’t bothered by it at all and continues treating him normally. However, on another day, Tashiro says, “Half of my brain has been replaced with a machine,” and takes drastic action to prove it. Some days after the incident with Tashiro, Matsuoka is teaching a female student, Akemi. Matsuoka continues teaching unenthusiastically but when she complains that a whole chicken leaves her feeling uncomfortable, something incomprehensible overtakes him. Both at the school and at home, a strange dread begins to undulate in his ordinary existence…

People tend to be intentionally provocative or extremely argumentative over petty matters on twitter. A woman who challenges men becomes targeted as public enemy. Young men expose her identity and even show up on her doorstep. But what they find is Min Ha-yeong, the woman who had hanged herself. What caused her death? Was it by suicide or murder? "Socialphobia" addresses the question of adopting a different identity on the Internet through the death of a woman. Two young men Jiwoong and Yongmin who were preparing for the police academy exam become involved in the case. What apparently looks like suicide is held under suspicion by the two as foul play. After posing the possibility of homicide, the young men return to the crime scene. However mystery itself does not seem to be the point of this film as it gradually exposes during the course of finding the truth to Min Ha-yeong’s death, her life as it really was and what the two men in pursuit of the real cause of her death wanted to prove. Social network may connect people, but it also can become the host of a psychological sickness that people suffer from.

Sharpshooter Hartman (Richie Jen) runs a tight ship as head of the SDU sniper team, but hotshot rookie OJ (Edison Chen) keeps questioning his authority and training regiment and even takes pointers from Hartman's rival, former top sniper Lincoln (Huang Xiaoming). From a young age, Yeo-Ri (Son Ye-Jin) sees ghosts and, because of this, unexpected things occur to people around her. The woman then isolates herself from the outside world. A magician named Jo-Goo (Lee Min-Ki) attempts to reach out to her ... Jo-Goo is a street magician. One day, while performing magic on the street, Jo-Goo notices a woman in the audience. He follows her after the show. She walks down an alleyway before stopping. A door in front of her opens. Jo-Goo then comes up with an idea. He approaches her and asks her if she wants to take part in his show. One year later, Jo-Goo performs in big theaters. The show has an edgy horror theme which audiences seem to love. While on stage, Jo-Goo calls out to a ghost from a closet brought on stage. Yeo-Ri performs as the ghost in the show. After the show, Jo-Goo offers to take the entire staff out to an expensive dinner on the condition that Yeo-Ri accompanies them. All the staff members look at her, but Yeo-Ri replies that she already has an appointment. Since Yeo-Ri joined Jo-Goo's show she has yet to go out with them. Back at her house, Yeo-Ri brings out a birthday cake to eat by herself. In her living room a tent is there. She talks to her mother on her cellphone. Her mom and sister moved to Norway years ago. Her mom starts to cry, feeling guilty and also worrying that Yeo-Ri will always live alone. While she sleeps, Yeo-Ri feels something strange and wakes up, facing yet another ghost. After their next performance, Jo-Goo insists that Yeo-Ri join them for dinner and drinks. This time around, her excuses are not accepted and she is forced to go with them. During dinner Yeo-Ri becomes drunks and sits next to Jo-Goo. She starts to blabber that Jo-Goo lacks heart and then suddenly rips his shirt. The next day, Yeo-Ri remembers what she did and calls Jo-Goo. Yeo-Ri offers to pay for the shirt. At that moment, Yeo-Ri again sees a ghost. Jo-Goo hears a strange sound over the phone. When their conversation ends, Jo-Goo becomes worried and decides to go to her house to check on her. Jo-Goo wil now learn about the difficult world that Yeo-Ri lives in. Can Jo-Goo help her to find a way out or will he be chased away by the ghosts like all of the other people in Yeo-Ri's life?

Because his film failed and his producer ran away, Man-su (Duek-mun Choi) needs to pay back all the debts for the film. While Man-su also makes plans to run away, he receives a call from the money lender. Instead of paying back the money, the money lender proposes a favor to Man-su, which is to make a movie for his old father. Old Bae is from North Korea, and has been longing to visit his hometown before he dies. With no other alternative available, Man-su accepts the threatening proposal to shoot the film but since the very beginning of the shooting, things get more complicated and soon they find themselves in a big mess.

Onuki Hajime was a thief, but he now works as a welder and lives happily with his girlfriend. Hajime Onuki is threatened by a former partner in crime. He forces Onuki Hajime to break into the mansion of a picture book writer to steal. He is caught by others while in the act, but they keep mistaking him for someone else. Hajime desperately keeps up the ruse to not get caught.

As the project was in development with an idea of an “infectious song (Densen-Uta)”, one of the staff called out…”There was a real Densen-Uta!” He discovers on the internet of a song back in 1933, Hungary, which caused mysterious deaths of many people. When Anzu Natsuno hears a hauntingly beautiful song come from the lips of a girl who just moments later commits suicide on her schools premises, she begins to look deeper into her school and the song. Meanwhile, Takashi, an editor at a B-grade subculture magazine, hears a rumor about a song that will cause its listeners to die. In half disbelief, he looks into the truth. But when Takashi runs across Anzu in his persuit, the two step closer towards the shocking truth.

The highest-grossing Ultraman film ever, Superior Ultraman 8 Brothers features the original Ultraman, Ultraman Seven, Ultraman Jack, Ultraman Ace, Ultraman Tiga, Ultraman Dyna, Ultraman Gaia, and Ultraman Mebius. Nagano Hiroshi of V6 leads the ensemble cast as Daigo, the alter-ego of Ultraman Tiga which he portrayed in the 1996 series and again in 2000 for a feature film. He is joined in his Ultraman endeavors by Tsuruno Takeshi (as Dyna/Asuka), Yoshioka Takeshi (as Gaia/Gama), Igarashi Shunji (as Moebius/Hibino), Kurobe Susumu (as Ultraman/Hayata), Moritsugu Koji (as Seven/Dan), Jiro Dan (as Jack/Go), and Takamine Keiji (as Ace/Hokuto). Set in Yokohama in a parallel universe, the story opens with our heroes living out normal lives with no memories of their hidden identities. Daigo is a civil servant, Asuka is a ball boy, Gamu is a museum curator, Hibino just plopped in from another universe, and the rest of the gang run businesses. Their dormant selves are awakened, however, when a sinister threat appears on the horizon: a monster army led by Alien Hipporito (from Ultraman Ace, 1972) with other familiar baddies like Gesura (Ultraman, 1966), Pandon (Ultra Seven, 1967), Silvergon (Ultraman Tiga, 1997), and Goldoras (Ultraman Tiga). Superior Ultraman 8 Brothers is the first directorial feature from longtime Ultra Series TV director and producer Yagi Takeshi who retired from the series in early 2008.
