One day, she somehow travels back in time to the year 1998 and finds herself as high school student Kwon Min Joo. There, she meets high school student Nam Si Heon. She is surprised to see how much Nam Si Heon resembles her late boyfriend Ko Yeon Jun.

Nam Si Heon is outgoing and attractive; girls adore him. His best friend Jung In Kyu develops a crush on Kwon Min Joo.

Jung Yup tries to find a job as a lawyer for a law firm in Seoul. It's not so easy for him, with Jung Yup being from a smaller city. In the meantime, he begins work at a child welfare center in his hometown. He goes with a co-worker from the child welfare center to the police station and meets 10-year-old Da Bin. The young girl reported to the police that her stepmother Ji Sook choked her around her neck, but there isn't anything Jung Yup is able to do. Da Bin is returned to her family. Da Bin and her 7-year-old brother Min Joon begin visiting Jung Yup at the child welfare center daily. He makes an effort to spend time with them to keep his job. Jung Yup is aware that the children are abused by their stepmother, but he is powerless to do anything about it.

Jung Yup then learns that he has been hired by a law firm in Seoul. Without saying goodbye to Da Bin and Ji Sook, he heads off to Seoul. One day, he receives a phone call that Da Bin has killed her younger brother Min Joon.

A young woman with bad premonition dreams meets two people who suddenly develop the same ability.

Nam Hong Joo lives with her mother, Yoon Moon Sun, a widow who runs a small restaurant. Jung Jae Chan, a rookie prosecutor, and his younger brother, Seung Won, move in across the street. Later, the father insists that he tried to protect his son from being beaten by the riot police. The deaths of these two people are then brought to court.

Toru, a young hotel manager who is understandably distraught when he encounters two unexpected guests. The first is his girlfriend, an aspiring singer who's agreed to sleep with a music executive in exchange for a record deal. The other is his sister, an actor in the porn shoot on the hotel's second floor. Before the night is through, many more characters — including a young Korean woman working as a "delivery girl" in order to raise the money to open a shop back home — will experience surprising, life-changing events in these busy hallways and bedrooms.

"Regarding the images, it included heavily violent content throughout the whole film", said an official from KMRB, explaining the R-rating and why they prohibit people under 18 from seeing the movie.
