In a past life there are 2 twins Pit and Praewpan. Pit, the older twin, marries a man named Wisit. When Wisit buys a dragon ring that Pit possesses, they are able to start communicating with each other Pit tells Wisit that his current girlfriend isn't his soulmate, and that Wisit should be with Praewpan but Wisit loves only Pit.

A contract relationship begins between the stupid cute Lin Lu and the childish Shi Liansen. In order to pay for her younger brother's insurmountable medical bills, Lin Lu (Song Yiren) gets into a contract relationship with Shi Liansen (Jerry Yan), the young and domineering CEO of a company. Unknowingly, the binding contract paves the way for something more as Lin Lu repeatedly tests Liansen's limits and a romance ensues.

This drama is loosely based on the life of Hong Kong entertainment mogul, Sir Run Run Shaw, founder of film company Shaw Brothers Studio and television company TVB.
