Seo Jung Won is an investigative reporter and the host of the current affairs television program “Let’s Get Grabbed by the Collar.” Thanks to her unique and straightforward way of exposing all kinds of torts committed by culprits—all whilst making sarcastic remarks—she gains great popularity and attracts the general public’s attention.

When Jung Won is accused of murder, she joins with detective Kim Tae Hyun, and sets out to find the truth. Also helping her are her husband Seol Woo Jae and Woo Jae, respectively.

Fleet of Time is a romantic drama featuring five friends (Win, Fang, Cheaw, King, Yae) and they recount their good, bad and educational experiences of growing up in Bangkok in the 1980s. Win, Fang, Cheaw, King, Yae become best friends in high school. Win and Fang have feelings for each other. Cheaw has secretly liked Fang ever since he fell in love with her at first sight. At the end of high school, Cheaw goes to UK and Win and Fang goes to the same university. Win becomes very popular in campus and starts dating a beautiful girl, Alyn. Out of jealousy, Fang hangs out with a playboy. After Fang going through a hardship, Cheaw comes to take care of her but she refuses. However, she meets Cheaw again in France unexpectedly. Set against the backdrop of the formation of National Southwest Associated University (commonly known as 'Lianda'), the story follows intellectuals in Beiping and the choices and sacrifices made by two generations to keep the flames of civilization alive.

Beiping fell to Japanese forces in 1937. Several northern universities decided to move south to Changsha, however, war soon broke out. Meng Hai Tang a lecturer at the National Peking University School of Medicine, had to flee with the young students. The couple travelled west to Kunming, got married and reestablished a medical school in Mengzi. During the Battle of Northern Burma and Western Yunnan, Hai Tang and Zhang Qi led students to provide medical aid. No matter how hard, these are people who embody the fearless university spirit of contemporary youth.
