Set in Harbin under the puppet Manchukuo regime in 1944, Song Zhuo Wen, an underground party member disguised as a railway police officer, is mistakenly identified by the head of the spy department, Guan Xue, as her lifesaver—but is actually Zhuo Wen's long-lost twin brother, Song Zhuo Wu. To uncover the ultimate mission of Kwantung Army officer Asano Daigo in Harbin, Zhuo Wen decides to use Guan Xue to infiltrate the spy department, but the sudden appearance of Zhuo Wu plunges him into unexpected trouble. Zhou Luo has witnessed how Nan Ya was assaulted by Xu Yi. Besides, the "Bridge Case" sheds light on several issues regarding Xu Yi's business operations. All this causes Nan Ya's marriage to be in jeopardy.

Knowing nothing more than the working-class life he is born into, headstrong Lu Xiao Lu reluctantly starts down the path he is expected to follow. At age nineteen in 1990s China, he feels pressure to follow suit with those around him and takes a job at the town’s saccharin factory. Slowly, he adjusts to the bureaucratic factory routine, making the best of the situation by bonding with coworkers, flirting with girls, and refusing to give in completely to the expectations of those around him.

As Lu Xiao Lu finds his way, a startling portrait of an economically expanding China comes into view; the propaganda of a common goal gives way to a bottom-line system that he sees as indifferent to individual happiness. But thanks to the relationships he develops, Lu Xiao Lu decides to fight for the life he wants.

Makoto Kiryu (Rin Takanashi) is a young physical education teacher at a middle school. When she was a teenager, Makoto joined a motorcycle gang and dropped out of high school. A little bit later, she thought things over and changed her ways. Makoto then entered college and she eventually became a physical education teacher. She's excellant with sports, but has difficulties with teaching dance as it is a required subject for the students. Makoto tries not to be noticed by the students. 

Todo Shinichi is an outstanding system developer who works for a large computer system development company. Blessed with looks, intellect, family, friends and a girlfriend, his world suddenly comes crashing down when a man with the same name is arrested for violence. Todo’s life is taken over in entirety and he starts to get thrust down to the very bottom.

A relatable romance drama about a couple in their 30s preparing for marriage. While they were expecting a happy ending like something out of a fairy tale, the reality of their preparations proves to be somewhat different. From the meeting between the families to marriage preparations and finding a house, the soon-to-be married couple will deal with very realistic topics.

The story revolves around the sweet campus life of a freshman of the sports rehabilitation course and a freshman of the gaming course.
