Brother's Keeper (Chinese: ??; literally "big wheel" is a Hong Kong television epic drama serial produced by Amy Wong and TVB. It premiered on 23 September 2013 on TVB Jade in Hong Kong.The serial, set between the years 1980 and 2013, depicts the moral life struggles of two half-brothers Kiu Tin-sang (Ruco Chan) and Lo Wai-son (Edwin Siu) during the late and post-colonial periods of Hong Kong and Macau. Kimhan and Mookarin were engaged to be married but a tragedy destroyed their happiness. Mon, Kimhan's sister, was found dead and her husband Tada, Mook's brother, was accused of killing her. The case went to court and Tada was acquitted with Mook taking the stand as her brother's alibi and Mon's death was ruled an accident.

Kimhan was furious that his sister's killer walked free and that Mook lied to help acquit her brother. If the law could not punish Tada, Kimhan will do it himself, so he vowed to get revenge. One day, the current prime minister of Japan, Muto Taizan, and his useless son, Sho, suddenly discover that they have switched bodies.

Through skateboarding, a young man suffering from depression overcomes his fears and finds the warmth of friendship. Yang Bu Fan (Guo Zi Fan) and his dad travelled from their hometown in the South to a first-rate city in order to provide a better education for Bu Fan. Bu Fan's grades suffer because he finds it hard to adjust to his new life and starts to lose sleep. Bu Fan spots four uniquely-dressed guys playing on their skateboards. Their leader Chen Xi Wen (Emn Chen) wanted to prank Bu Fan by asking if he would like to try skateboarding. Bu Fan falls as expected, but as he was kneeling on the ground, he did not feel any pain. That night, he had the best sleep he's had in a long time. Bu Fan's dad worries that skateboarding would be a bad influence on his son and forbids Bu Fan from the sport. Through the encouragement of teacher-in-training Su Li Shan (Yin Ran), Bu Fan learns the techniques of skateboarding from Chen Xi Wen. However, an accident where Bu Fan injures Chen Xi Wen makes him extremely guilty. Bu Fan considers walking away from his newfound passion and only his loved ones can help him find the courage to stand up again.

The drama has themes of time-travel and is basically about a character who gets to travel back in time to protect his first love. An apocalyptic thriller that takes place in a time in which infectious diseases have become the new normal.

In a newly constructed apartment in a large city where the higher floors are up for general sales and the lower floors are rented out, the drama depicts the subtle psychological battle and the class discrimination that occurs.
